There was a hiccup with my husband's booking, but that was sorted out. The experience was truly special. The team explain everything from start to finish, and you are completely involved throughout it all.
We enjoyed every single second and would recommend it to anyone. I bought as a gift for my hubby the champagne balloon flight over the Knavesmire 2 years ago during which time 4 flights were booked and all 4 flights were cancelled due to weather conditions.
I had to pay an additional ÂŁ40 to extend the voucher last year. On attempting to book again today hubby was told another ÂŁ40 was needed.....I think not!!
