Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- siangreen1967Swindon, UK21 contributionsThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. The only criticism would be the noise. The bar and room on the first floor have karaoke which kept me awake until gone midnight. - Iva B1 contributionThe tour was fantastic! So informative, and interesting. Our tour guide Michiel was ready to answer all my questions and his knowledge was impressive. I am a huge fan of C. S. Lewis and my friend a huge fan of Tolkien. Since the tour I’ve been interested in Tolkien, too. I’ve this tour to thank for the inspiration. I would definitely recommend it! And I’d go again.Written 25 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Ernie G3 contributionsWe visited this afternoon as a late Father’s Day gift. What a treat!! Ilir was a great host. We loved the history of his vineyard, his story. Very driven and easy going. The wine and cider was great. We wish him and his family, who are all involved, all the best. We will be back!Written 11 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
