Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Brilliant tasting and tour. Tiny distillery but packed with charisma!
Enjoyed listening to the information about the process and tasting the results. So glad we had walked!

We were staying in the Jericho and read that there was a Market nearby so went to explore. Turned out to be 5 minutes away and much more interesting and larger than we had expected.

Came here for a 60th Birthday Celebration, was great fun and food was amazing. We did the cocktail making class which we used the main bar. we had pizzas and food to share after which was brilliant. The only issue I would say is the wait at the bar for drinks was a bit of a joke, queued for 20 minutes to get served and bar staff were incredibly slow by the time I was served I had sobered up.

The cocktail class and food were exceptionally good though.

We visited on a cold january afternoon but had a great time. Tom was a knowledgable guide who offered loads of information about both the main subject of the tour (Morse, Lewis and Endeavour) and others, C.S.Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkein and a host of political and historical figures. Tom took time to understand what we were interested in and then tailored information and locations to match. We felt he was genuinely interested in, and had a passion for his subject and this was infectious. We would highly recommend this tour and Tom in particular as an excellent tour and guide.

Always popular with good service. Nice vibe with multiple seating areas. Good drink choices and generally a buzzing atmosphere. The last Saturday I visited was not as busy as usual

Loved the tour of the vineyard, alongside the alpacas. learning about the growing of organic grapes and about grafting apple trees. Followed by an excellent tasting of wines, ciders and even cider vinegar. All delicious and served up with a range of snacks. Would recommend for a treat and easy to get to from Oxford as number 46 bus goes almost to the door. Book in advance. Gift vouchers can be purchased on the website and this certainly makes a birthday treat with a difference .

In April, 2023 I went on this tour for a second time. No regrets! Another fantastic tour, with more tips about the edible delights available along the Cowley Road. Highly recommended. Again.
