Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Drawings make up a notable part of the treasures. Raphael, DĂĽrer and Michelangelo have pieces here.
Empty picture frames mark the 2020 theft of some paintings, estimated worth of many millions of pounds. - barry89Princes Risborough, UK391 contributionsNice little venue - we went along to see Jim Eoin. Parking is tricky, so give yourself plenty of time to park up. All good in the theatre, but the bar staff! They are well meaning but so slow and vague. Obviously a team of volunteers, they take an age to serve you.Written 23 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - futtock21London, UK17,274 contributionsWhitewall is a large national chain of galleries selling art to those who generally know little about it. It’s the sort of place that might have you believe Bob Dylan is a great artist rather than just a singer with a truly ghastly voice. At best here the art is pleasant, undemanding, trivial. The current exhibition features the works of Rebecca Lardner suggesting English seaside scenes reminiscent of background wallpaper in a defunct chain of fish restaurants. The manager for no obvious reason took exception to my photographing art and sculpture in his shop. Perhaps he is embarrassed about the quality of the works on display.Written 15 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
