Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

On my visit to Lazer Kombat, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I had a lot of fun, and the staff were really nice. Their names were Beth and Ethan.

This place couldn't be any better.
Took my son for his 12th birthday with his sister and 6 of his friends.
Kat and Abi looked after us from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble.
The kids had a brilliant time, even a few of us adults who were there to supervise were slightly distracted by the retro video games (think pac man/space invaders) and had a bit of a chuckle.
The ladies looked after the grown-ups and kids alike. They kept a close eye on the kids and were suggesting games that they would like and helped out when the kids needed a bit of a nudge to get on the right track.
Highly, highly recommend Reality Drop VR. Not just for kids for a painless party idea, but I have a feeling we'll be returning without the kids to try the escape room or the plank.
Could spend all day here and not be bored.
    Fantastic!

Plenty of food, drinks and games to choose from! The only thing I'd recommend is perhaps having a electronic station to choose the games from would be easier, sometimes the staff can get busy with other customers so it's hard to find them to get their recommendations.

We took my grandson for the Mission to the Moon VR Experience for his 8th Birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed it (and putting on the astronaut outfit!)
Thank you to Lea for the amazing and interesting experience and for making my grandson's day. I would absolutely recommend for any young person who is interested in the moon and space
