Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Tony LOxford, UK1 contributionThe best life drawing in Oxford, relaxed and open to everybody, loved how super experienced artist and people who never did a drawing before mixed, everybody learns from everybody.
2 great hours to spend during the week :)Written 7 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Found the one day introductory course on the Lula James website and was so glad that I had. Excellent communications via email beforehand and on the day both Daisy and Andrew were so welcoming, helpful and encouraging and everything was done in such a relaxing way. The workshop was beautifully kitted out too.
Have learnt so many skills which I have already put to good use at home on building some shelves. There was an excellent lunch thrown in and it was great to be able to make and bring home a door wedge, a keyring and a flower pot stand.
Would 110% recommend this course to a budding woodworker - you certainly won't be disappointed.Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Rigid rules and set projects that have to be followed to the letter. My daughter was reprimanded for outlining a heart on her piece of paper, and was told that she should have put her hand up and asked permission before making a mark on her paper.
My daughter came home very distressed from the experience. Counter-productive and disappointing. Tone deaf teachers when I tried to raise these issues with them.Written 24 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
