Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Charlie O1 contributionThis was a very basic course run for newbies.
It was friendly & conducive to a good learning environment.
Lula & James were both very knowledgeable & imparted this very well.

2 great hours to spend during the week :)Written 7 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Rigid rules and set projects that have to be followed to the letter. My daughter was reprimanded for outlining a heart on her piece of paper, and was told that she should have put her hand up and asked permission before making a mark on her paper.
My daughter came home very distressed from the experience. Counter-productive and disappointing. Tone deaf teachers when I tried to raise these issues with them.Written 24 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
