- Anita F3 contributionsI used Summertown Executive travel to transfer a family of 6 to and from Gatwick airport. The booking process was very easy, the driver arrived on time was very courteous and helpful . We had a very safe and comfortable ride. On return to the UK, the driver had messaged us to let us know exactly where to meet him and had anticipated our flight landing a little early. The drive home was comfortable and safe, the driver was very polite and helpful, despite the very heavy traffic we encountered. - Relax5658502 contributionsI hired London Oxford Taxis a few months ago to bring my daughter and I from our house in Oxford to my sister's house in Camden, London. We had an excellent journey. To begin with, Joseph took my booking; such a polite telephone manner, most unusual to find these days. I was even asked if I wished the driver to pick up a coffee for me on the way before arriving! An upgrade from a saloon to a Mercedes at no extra cost; first time I've ever been in a Merc! Rehan, the driver, arrived 15 minutes early and very accommodating. A great chat all the way, mainly a mutual love of cricket! Rohan is the perfect gentleman. Thank you to all. On the return drop off he waited until all my female family members were safely indoors before driving away. Highly recommend and will certainly book again. The driver arrived on time and was polite and helpful, and above all was a really smooth driver which meant the trip was exceptionally comfortable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable for the 7 of us too! The whole company are very professional, offering to pay via bank transfer was perfect for us and they quoted a great price. Taxi man who took us was really nice and informed us to ring the taxi place to get a return back however when ringing to get our taxi informed us unable to pick us up due to not paying a deposit (even when we did not get asked to pay one). He was very rude on the phone and did not let me explain my situation. He told us to rebook our taxi on the app and not with them even tho i had booked return on THURSDAY. Tried to book on the app and it is awful and did not work. I do not recommend.
We are four young vulnerable girls in a scary new city. The booking process was straightforward, and customer service was responsive and friendly. The driver was on time and informative, and the fair prices were affordable. The car was very comfortable and spacious with clean interiors, and the driver was excellent at car handling, which ensured a smooth drive.
