Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Loved it. Especially the fact that you can choose when/ whether you want a clue, as some other escape rooms I have been to clues come automatically. Cat/Kat was great and looked after us really well

Decided to go here with the family to get wet and wild, however I was not expecting the carp in the lake below me to mistake my manhood for a nice snack. Anyway 10/10

Atmospheric ghost story trail on a cold, dark November night! We were highly entertained by the stories from our aptly dressed guide, enjoyed the walk around certain parts of the city, and can't really give away much more! The walk is through flat streets, although there are cobbles...the city spires and buildings enhance the atmosphere. Recommended for an hour and half (approx.) evening's fun.

My friend and I hire bikes from here on a regular basis, and have done for years. The Customer Service is brilliant and the bikes are well maintained and comfortable. We do our own tour along the Thames Path, highly recommend.

This was the third time we’ve gone. We’ve loved it every time. It’s very well run. They are both professional and fun. They are encouraging, are interested in teaching, and their personalities make it more fun. The staff remembered my kids names two years later, which I was very impressed with. We will keep going back every time we visit Oxford.
NB, it’s not just for super athletes or for the super brave, though both attributes help. My kids have enjoyed it most between the ages of 10 and 13. I also think they do a good job with safety. It seems quite safe.
    Highly recommend.

I spent 14 days in Oxford and this day was my favorite. Paul and Simon led our small group and made us all comfortable immediately and friends by the end. It started out with scenic English countryside and ended on the Thames with crew teams practicing next to you. You paddle by some beautiful and historic buildings and colleges. We were lucky enough to have the bells of Magdalen College play while we were paddling by. Truly a must-do on a visit to Oxford.
