Dan takes you through the basics, so that you can actually learn control the boat before the wonderfully serene journey on the reservoir in beautiful surrounds. Highly recommend. - BkkmattBangkok, Thailand5 contributionsAwesome weekend in an amazing setting with Hannes. Our first trad climbing experiences was great at stanage edge. We were looking for some instruction on how to start trad climbing after several years of sport climbing.
It was very fun to learn new skills (placing gear, making belays, safety principles), climbing on grit (the god stone!!) and just hanging out. Hannes is very experienced and lead us safely through the whole process. Even got to do my first lead on trad.
Would absolutely recommend.
