Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Lisa MChester, UK70 contributionsOne of the most enjoyable and worthwhile things our tribe have ever done. The alpacas and jefe the llama are just adorable and we had plenty of time beforehand to get to know them. The trek was wonderful, a steady pace but not fast. The animals are so responsive to us. They really engage and love us talking to them. They are all different characters, and our guides were so informative and literally adored the chaps. If i lived nearer I would volunteer. If i had land I'd buy a trio for my family to adore. My daughters, sister, neice and I absolutely loved it and will be backWritten 3 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ciara L2 contributionsReally fun and immersive! We did the Abducted room and it was one of the best escape rooms I’ve done. Quite challenging but we got out! Tiana was great as well, loved the whole atmosphere here. We will be back 🫶🏼Written 22 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Comron H1 contributionI went with my son for the first time and Andy the instructor was brilliant! My son wasn’t sure at first about climbing… but Andy was patient and encouraging and before I knew it he was up and down those walls. Thank you, we will definitely be back! 😊Written 1 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Peter RGuernsey, UK11 contributionsI've been bad with heights for years and it's gradually been getting worse, limiting what I can do with family and friends. I decided to try to do something about it, and I'm so glad I did!
The first morning was spent working on understanding and beginning to reprogramme our minds to the anxiety, in a group with 6 others. We were a fair spectrum of severity, me near the bad end. The support from the group is a big plus )thanks all). Then out with Will and Angie who are calm, expert and kind. By the end of day 1 I'd done more than I ever imagined I could. Always feeling safe, supported by experts, and never pushed beyond what would be helpful for me.
The next day progressed gently, and again I accomplished much more than expected. Learning ways to deal with the anxiety (panic!) was so important for me. Again, always feeling safe but gently, firmly helped to make progress.
I've continued to make progress since, doing things I'd never have done before, and dealing with it better. The group were a delight.
If you think you might need this, then just do it!

- Sally W2 contributionsWe had a fabulous family afternoon in the Dragon room at Crack the Code, solving a variety of puzzles (and beaten by some!) The process is thrilling and addictive. Ideal for teenage families or older. So many details and such an immersive environment - the imagination of the creators is beyond me! I'm looking forward to attempting the other available rooms that Crack the Code has to offer!Written 27 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - chrisbats89Sheffield, UK2 contributionsAll jokes aside, this escape room (Contagion) was the most fun I had in an escape room. Managed to beat it in 36mins, so I left pretty happy (and a little bit smug 🤣).
Dylan (our Game Master) was fantastic, friendly and informative. Great customer service!

- Faye HLeeds, UK25 contributionsMyself and a friend coerced ourselves into buying a groupon and booking this for one Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago. We got two runs each as part of the ticket and it was great value. It's definitely something you have to do at least once, its both exhilarating and terrifying at the same time and by the second go we were both laughing rather than screaming! You get harnessed into the ball opposite each other and a word of warning if you get in the ball first you have to hang like spiderman whilst the other person gets in which is a weird experience in itself! I'd also advise having a light breakfast or lunch definitely not one for after a heavy night or a full English breakfast! The guys that run it are great, really friendly and helpful and really encourage you to have a good time.Written 11 July 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Helen TDoncaster, UK73 contributionsWe had tried to book on a tour before but had been unsuccessful as these are only run occasionally. As luck had it this one fell just a few days after my lads birthday and we managed to get tickets. John was an amazing host and a credit to SUFC. He led the tour and showed his knowledge and passion about the club, history and players. Getting to see the changing rooms on match day and the tunnel were moments to remember. We also went on to win 2-0 against Norwich! Great day.Written 19 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
