Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited as a family of three (two adults and an 11 year old) and loved every minute. The alpacas are amazing and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend a visit.

This was by far the best visit we have had here. We have never seen so many butterflies and the fish were so responsive to the fish food. Our Grand daughter had an amazing time.

Lovely park with lake and lots of swans, ducks etc. Big children's play area. Cafe with inside and outside seating. It was very busy being a Saturday so there was a long queue but coffee prices were reasonable. We enjoyed a stroll round the park in the sunshine.

What a great use of a redundant space, hats off to the local council and local community.

Fantastic playground, a lovely coffee shop and walks along the old railway line.

A great little venue. Sat in the point circle, good view of the stage, sound system and lighting very good. Seats are comfortable with enough leg space. Bar prices are not extortionate, well staffed. Parking can be a little challenging.

Well what can I say had a great night at the theatre to see the Cavern Beatles they were very good and we had a great night ,,, However we paid for vip tickets and to be honest they are not worth the extra £4 we paid ,, the larger was £3.90 a pint and didn't taste very nice at all ,, for this price it should have been a good pint,, you get to sit in a small lounge but no flash at all , the first extra you get is a small bowl of cheap crisps half a dozen small cheese biscuits and half a dozen small pieces of cheese between 4 of us ,I've got to say Very disappointing and would not recommend vip tickets ,I think the forum should offer a better service to customers

Went to Go Climb at the Forum for a birthday party - great for my daredevil four year old. After the climbing we were transferred to the function room so the kids could eat their Happy Meals. In between, I went to the baby change with my other daughter, and a friend said she’d keep an eye out to point us to where to go. After leaving the baby change I couldn’t for the life of me find a function room, so headed downstairs to ask the receptionist where it was. Her reply was ‘I don’t know, off the top of my head’ and I was left standing there awkwardly. I was quite anxious as I was aware of a time limit on the room, and was up visiting from the Midlands so time was precious with our friends. Thankfully a male member of cleaning staff saw me looking lost and gave me directions - 10/10 to him for customer service!!! Overall a lovely visit to the Forum - it must be 15 years since I last visited and it has improved immensely.

Took my nephew and son and they enjoyed it, food was nice and good portions. Price to get in is quite expensive but worth it. There's a car park with plenty of spaces. The play area is really big with lots to do! The food and coffee is very nice.

Went to listen to Michael Portillo. He was witty and interesting and shared anecdotes from his personal life, political career and as a journalist and presenter. Very enjoyable. The PAA was easy to find and although it was a sold out performance managed to park in the car park. I have two observations regarding the theatre. It was chilly - I and several others sat with coats on and /or scarves. Where we were seated several people commented on the draught (or air con🥶). The music was some obscure jazz that I felt was too niche and by the the interval (it was playing before the performance too) was a bit too loud making conversation and listening challenging. This may have been more a problem where we were sitting but nonetheless made the theatre experience less than enjoyable for my party. Comments around us seemed to reflect our thoughts . I know music is a personal taste thing but maybe something a little more 'mainstream' to fill the time may have more appeal. Just a thought.
