Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a couple of hours here. Not long enough, we will return when we have more time. If you like horses, racing, history, this is the place to go. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. Lots to see. Clean & spacious. Nice cafe and clean toilets.

Had a wonderful day at the races, the track was lovely easy and simple betting and the atmosphere was great. The food though OMG shockingly bad, cheap ingredients and expensive prices. The noodles i bought cold hard and the veg and meat where frozen not fresh. The hog roast O.K although the stuffing must be supermarket basics no flavour at all. The crepes tasted lovely although for £7.00 I would expect more than 1 chopped up strawberry. As for the philly cheese steak it tasted O.K. but the cheese was some fake cheese topping. It was disappointing to see the lack of pride and effort i would feel ashamed serving food like that for the price they charge. It makes the race track look cheap and grabby and no respect for their patrons.

Took our 2 teens and their 2 mates here yesterday for 30mins karting and 60mins quad biking. They had a brilliant time and the staff were all very good.

BUT we booked online a couple of days beforehand, and the price was fairly steep (worked out just under £100 per person). When we were in reception we saw a promo for 2 x 30mins activities for £60 (usually about £78), so we asked whether this could somehow be applied to our booking. No, only for 2x 30min activities, not for use against any 1 hour activities. This hadn't been made clear on the website, or we probably would have booked differently. Very disappointing in that regard and slightly marred our experience :(

An extremely well preserved medieval bridge on the River Kennett in the middle of Moulton village near to Newmarket. It is managed by English Heritage and there is an information plaque telling its history. There is a pub (The Packhorse Inn) down the road and a church in the opposite direction. Well worth a visit.

Such a good session at phoenix, I'm an armature rider and don't have great confidence but this park was perfect for me to progress and push myself. Had so much fun and all the jumps are made so well. Even good for advanced riders and even has a pump track for the kids

All Saints' Church Wickhambrook: This is the largest church in the Bansfield Benefice. In parts this church is over a 1000 years old. It is Grade I listed and completed extensive restoration work in 2005 thanks to major grants from English Heritage. The church is in a conservation area and affords lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The church is a very impressive structure and has a number of very interesting monuments and architectural features that are noted in a number of church architecture books. There is a good church guide book that can be bought and details many of these features in the church. The building allows for quiet reflection and has a well cared for churchyard which looks especially nice when the spring flowers are in bloom.

Honestly you won’t regret it, Kaw is amazing!
She will hit every pressure point and then follow up with an intense full body massage. I feel like I’m floating after that!
I also tried out the new Thai head spa, and well it’s as good as the videos! It’s a treat in itself to have a proper scalp scrub and hair clean, but the massages, face mask and blow dry after just really tops it off. My hair feels as light as feathers after!
    You won’t regret coming here!

I have visited Scribbles many times over the years, and also buy the kits for gifts for friends to make their own creations.
More recently I've been going to Scribbles to help me with hand and foot prints of my little girl to use as gifts, and the lady is so talented and decorates the items as we wish... with lovely fancy writing etc.
Our most recent visit, now that my little one is 2 and a half, we chose our item and painted it ourselves. It was such a fun morning and all the kit was provided to paint and the lady was on hand to help out and offer any advice!
We left our painted items there, they're treated/heated and then we were able to collect about a week later.
All in all, a great service and the opportunity to make some lovely keepsakes / gifts :)

Staff at the Bedford Lodge Hotel Spa are warm, friendly and welcoming.

The spa itself is relatively small with an indoor hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and experience showers. Outside on the roof terrace there's a small hot tub, probably only big enough for 4 people. There's also indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with sun loungers and chairs.

The changing rooms and shower facilities are excellent with robes, towels, slippers, spa bag, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided.

Lunch is included in the spa day package, with a choice of about 8 different sandwiches / wraps and poke bowls. The spa lounge, where lunch is served, is beautifully decorated and had lovely comfortable chairs.

On the day I went, the spa wasn't busy, so it was a very calm and relaxing experience. If you book a spa day, you can use the spa facilities from 10am to 3pm, which isn't really all day, and considering it was £90 for 5 hours, did seem a little steep.
