There are several gardens to enjoy, a really peaceful place. The cafe was great which also included gluten free options. There is a small car park and overall it is great value and a lovely spot to enjoy. Show was amazing and with it being my first time I was hesitant but after going I would go again and recommend it to anyone.
Humour was great but not too much and Danni is great!
Dancers are also amazing ( might have a favourite ahha)

The pool and snooker tables are top-notch, and they have a great variety of drinks to choose from - prices were really fair. We did not try the food, but the menu looked excellent. It is near to both Newcastle and Northumbria Universities, and also a lovely historic area, with the South African War Memorial and The Church of St Thomas the Martyr. - mukhasbenSouth Shields, UK4,322 contributionsJunk yard Golf in the Gate is a good venue for families, children or adults. Unfortunately we’d just ordered food before an employee said children had to be out by 7pm. We should have been informed of this when we entered.
The food ordered were more like snacks than meals and were nothing special. The adult and child had a Mocktail and I had a nice cocktail. Ordered one of the best burgers I have ever tasted and it was only the basic one on the menu. Cannot comment on the beer as I was driving , but the atmosphere during the set was enthusiastic and friendly.
