Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There's a nice atmosphere here. All the games are expensive though.

Bowling is far from perfect - the pins are on strings and there were various errors with the scoring through our game. We needed to go to the desk to correct the scores three times.

Also, you cannot get through to them on the phone if you need to contact them about changing your booking, and it was days at a time for them to respond to emails.

Went here back in August with a family member, the bowling alley and climbing wall were great and worth paying for, with good music, but it was loud

Overall, good facilities but music very loud

In Eldon Square we found Eldon Soft play and bowling. They are not all in the same area and we were there for bowling. Good points…. Clean, don’t need to rent shoes if your wearing trainers, adaptable lanes for younger and older people and staff really friendly. Down side…..charging £2.75 for a small glass of pop! If your in a big group it’s quite extortionate really.

We arrived with out booking you would think this was a cardinal sin, we where told we could only book on line if we wanted the offer we where interested in. There where random buckets around the place from a leaking roof, no one managing the bar, I went back and asked if they had any change of £10 for the coffee machine, Pauline clapped her hands over her face, we told use the cash machine, no toilet roll need I go on...
