Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Alice2 contributionsWent to Artefact yesterday evening for the 'Stirchley Salon' which is a project where artists talk about their work in an informal style to a group of interested people who are able to ask questions etc. It was the first time I had visited Artefact before and I would highly recommend it. The drinks were great, the staff were incredibly friendly and the place had a lovely atmosphere (the cakes, although I didn't have one, also looked good!) Would highly recommend a visit!Written 23 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- <3Birmingham, UK23 contributionsHaving been to Arty Goat on a few occasions, I can say that their drinks options are plentiful! The coffee tastes amazing. I also must mention the AMAZING cakes, I honestly can’t find better cakes anywhere else. There are plenty of vegan options too, including vegan toasties and cakes. The owners of the cafe are so lovely, will go the extra mile for you. The actual shop is filled with amazing and unique gifts, something you cannot find anywhere else locally. Overall the friendly atmosphere makes the shop so welcoming, a great place to meet up with friends.
Arty goat also runs certain workshops/events, one of which I have attended (Psychic night). This event was amazing and conducted perfectly. Again, so friendly and worth the money.
Overall, Arty Goat is a great addition to the local area, providing a unique atmosphere and experience, like nothing else.Written 27 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
