Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Birmingham has some great shopping arcades and although not a big fan of shopping on any holiday I take I enjoyed visiting City Arcade .
Designed by T W F Newton in 1898 ,originally two separate buildings, it was almost destroyed between the 9th & 10th April 1941 by German bombing raids ,half the buildings were gutted ,it eventually closed in 1961 and was almost demolished but was saved in 1972 with investment, its a cool place ,I visited the great craft beer bar here called Tilt ,its a nice bar in a great location.
City Arcade is easy to locate along Union Street.
Most definitely well worth a visit if you're in the area.

My twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around this part of town when we decided to drop into Coffee Time Cafe in The Square Shopping Centre on Priory Square and what a nice shopping area this is.
Lots of shopping outlets, very busy ,a tidy square with bench seating to chill out in ,I wasn't interested in the shopping aspect of this square but I loved our visit to Coffee Time Cafe ,great coffee ,it was nice enjoying a lovely cup of coffee in this cafe and planning out the day ahead in this cosmopolitan city.
Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

I had a parcel go missing back in November. I reported it missing they sent me a form to fill in confirming I didn’t have it. They then emailed confirming parcel had gone missing and offered a refund as one item was out of stock. I replied yes but that’s when the problems started . They have ghosted me ever since and every online department has cut me off . There are no phone number either that I can find . I have had to resort to asking my bank for help to get my refund which I really shouldn’t have to do for a company this big .
