Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Justin VBirmingham, UK702 contributionsWe spent a really great evening doing a Mexican cookery class at the Harborne Food School. Led by the charming and super knowledgeable Charlotte Pike and hosted by co-founder Robert. The group size is just right so you get the plenty of personal tips and it feels cozy and friendly without feeling forced. Charlotte is clearly passionate about Mexican food and the end results we made were really delicious and we both felt confident enough to try them at home. Really great evening and definitely recommend giving the school a go.Written 18 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - John WBirmingham, UK9 contributionsBooked a 1-2-1 course with Tina and we made 3 that dishes ( Pad Thai, Thai green curry and spring rolls). Really friendly and knowledgeable, Tina put you at ease and showed you step by step how to create your dishes and they were delicious. Highly recommend for both experienced and novice and I learned so much. Very enjoyable thank you Tina xWritten 13 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
