Very knowledgeable guides that went the extra mile to ensure we had a good time.
Toilets cosy and warm but hall itself can be cold in winter. No cafe open. Perhaps a third party may invest to reopen.
Set in a great park overlooking aston villa football ground, ideal if yr a footie fan!
A gem of history so very close to Birmingham city centre.

Lots of small interactive things to do. Lots of informative reading but easy enough to understand. Was met at the entrance by a lovely young lady …. (Sadly her name escapes me) who told us about the history. I learnt something new today. She was very informative.

- Katie CBirmingham, UK19 contributionsThe building is beautiful & interesting. The crafts & cafe work well together - food for heart & soul. Our lunch of houmous, salads & bread was delicious. I can't stop thinking about the fruity saffron bread - I wish I had some today. Our visit was in April 2019 & I've been meaning to write a review for this wonderful, interesting, friendly venue for some time. I hope to visit soon for a tour of the building & more bread.
