Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visit regularly and the staff are always so cheerful and friendly. The small farm area is lovely and animals obviously well looked after.
Really nice play equipment and tearooms with reasonable prices. Toilets are clean too.

Staff was polite and so helpful. My daughter went today and was the only one for a haf climbing session. She was safe and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady working I believe Elisa (sorry if wrong) was lovely. She helped my daughter learn, praised her and they had fun together. Will be back for more climbing soon

Also wanted to mention front of desk lady and the man working food counter also lovely. Food was not overpriced and well cooked.

I do love this play area as it’s value for money and kids have a great time. However, when you order 1 piece of toast and it takes 45 minutes to come, it’s a joke! It’s a shame as it lets the venue down. Doubt I’ll order food again.

    Good points:

Staff are very friendly and prices are what you might expect.

    Not so good points:

Parking is very tight and is limited in number of spaces. You can generally find space on the road but this is also limited due to dense housing/car ownership.

    Bad points:

There are signs saying the age range on the equipment is 5-11. No adults allowed. So if you want to join in the fun, or your children want you to join in then this is not the place for you. Shame really as there is no reason why parents should not be allowed to supervise and play with their children.

The same signs say you must supervise your children, yet I wonder how you are meant to do this when out of sight?

While we were there, there were some young adults with a child who did get on the equipment and behave in an inappropriate manner, such as running up a slide. Staff did absolutely nothing to stop them.

Took my young cousin here on his bike;loads of grass to ride around on and paths too very big so also great exercise. Would be good for any dog walking. There’s also a basketball court but there are no nets there and it’s very narrow so was hard to play in because the ball kept going out and rolling downhill. The park section wasn’t very soft wouldn’t say it’s suitable for toddlers.
