Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cadbury World is a great day out with the whole family. Fun for the kids and great for the adults too. The history of the Cadburys is really interesting too.

We went to see Alfie Boe and had the Champagne Experience. We thought that it was good value for money and also very enjoyable. The staff weee friendly and helpful and added to the experience.

It was in a separate room and perhaps a little more could be done in terms of food or better snacks. It would increase the price but I do believe it would be an improvement

This building is memorable for its design: people-friendly, large, beautiful both inside and out. A real boon to the city of Birmingham. Half-way up, there is also a roof garden with much greenery and benches for the public.

This was the third time I have been as find it to be one of the better aquariums we have been to. Brought the nephews with us this time.
Firstly want to say wat a fab chap the man with the long grey beard is. Not sure of name but was really keen to chat. And have noticed now another review mentioning him so clearly he loves his job!!!
Sadly the lady in the rock pools where u can touch a starfish was not so keen and looked miserable and seemed to roll eyes of asking questions…

We paid for the mission packs for the boys so they could do things. And they were so excited by the “top trumps” style cards and that you could collect others from the rangers (we had done this before years ago with my son when he was young too so was telling him all about it)
Sadly and disappointingly for the boys there wasn’t a single “ranger” to do this. There was plenty of sea life workers around and most didn’t even have a clue what we were on about!!! And no body had anything. So that was sad.
Then also they did the stamps on the way round and one was broken which also was disappointing for them as they were enjoying looking for them.

A charming house and a surprisingly large and varied garden. Much to enjoy and learn about. But really poor catering - a very limited menu plus incorrect order was delivered. Such a shame that the cafe should not be up to the same standard as the rest of this delightful place.

Really insightful and interesting. The gentleman Simon who works there was extremely helpful and friendly. Giving lots of interesting snippets of information about the paintings. You could see how much he loves his job.
    Will be coming again

It has a wide range of shops and things to do especially at this time of the year with the Christmas market which we visited! Some independent stores and big chains alike. Can be a bit overcrowded at times though.

A really stunning find so near the City centre.
A bargain for Art Fund menbers (free entry) we spent at least two hours looking at the superb collections as well as the most interesting house.
Allow at least another hour for the gardens; a very good spread for all interests.
Good and easy free parking and helpful staff.
    Sadly, no cafe at present!

It was mega-window-shopping! The Museum of the Quarter was closed, the Silver Museum is appointment only, and the Pen Museum was unexpectedly closed. So what's a lady to do except drink coffee and look in jewellers' windows?

Been meaning to visit for a while. A few different paths to follow but decided to go up to the topograph. Down the Bunny Path which led us across a road through the golf course and then a wheezy climb. Turns out there was a better path up which we discovered coming back down again. Beautiful views from the top. Found out we could have just driven up when we spotted the car park and an ice-cream van at the summit. Plenty of benches to rest before hiking back down to use the loo at the golf club and then a walk back up the road to the main part for coffee at the tea rooms where there was a handy boot scraper outside.
Lots of families there and seems a great spot for dog walkers.
Will definitely go back and explore further.
Only downside was trying to find a parking spot at it was very busy even though it was a bright but chilly day.
