- Colby N12 contributionsA lovely team, one male in particular was very good, he was chatty and ensured we were ok. We played crazy pool and did 3 hours of Karaoke. The crazy pool was slightly expensive considering the little time it took and the only thing to say about the Karaoke is that not all songs are available. The drinks had a good range and the barman was very polite and friendly.
It was just the right lighting and was warm (which is nice when it’s freezing outside).
The toilets were very clean and the every part of the building we were in was clean too.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, was told 5 minutes. 10 pass, i go up and ask again if its nearly ready. The member of staff looks annoyed and says i said it was nearly ready. 20 minutes after our booked and pre paid time i ask for the 3rd time. She says were coming for you now! And as she walks away says “for f*cks sake” to another member of staff. When i say i just heard that she said oh i wasnt talking about you, im loosing my voice. When i asked to speak to a manager, she was the manager 🤣 experience in the room itself outstanding. So much fun!
