Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place is nice. It is close to city center but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops along the way. The view is beautiful. Nice place to walk and chill.

Large (ish) local park. Close to Uni and often full of young uns. Good for a stroll and a natter away from the bustle of the city

Leeds has an impressive waterfront, which is rich in history, and once you head out of Leeds past the Royal Armouries, it can be very peaceful. In my opinion, the section between here and Thwaites Mill is the best of the entire walk, particularly after Hunslet where the path should pass between the River Aire and the canal. Unfortunately, as I highlighted in my previous review, that section has been closed for sometime. The Waterfront Heritage Trail guide published prior to my review indicates that the path is open. I set off to walk this route again last weekend, and was disappointed by the lack of progress in the past year, the Hunslet-Thwaites Mill section remains closed, and the detour is an ugly and badly sign-posted route through an industrial estate.
