Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

    WOW!
We stayed in the amazing fairground lodge at folly farm in September. The accommodation is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was checked twice a day and the goody bag on arrival was a wonderful touch. I cannot fault a thing.
We used the passes that came included with the accommodation and visited everything folly farm has to offer, taking advantage of the half price wristbands for the rides. such great value.
The coffee was great, food better than I expected and nothing was overpriced. Around £4 for a vanilla latte - cheaper than Costa.
All the animals looked happy and well cared for.
There really is something here for all ages.
My inner child had the best week as did my daughter.
Thank you Folly Farm, you have something very special and we can’t wait to come back.

We recently visited Tenby Dinosaur Park and had an overall great experience. As a family of four with two young children, we were thrilled with how friendly and engaging the staff were. They interacted wonderfully with our two-year-old, ensuring he had an amazing time with plenty of activities to keep him entertained. He's dinosaur obsessed, so he definitely loved his day out here.

Now, for the confusing part...Our five-month-old daughter, who is disabled, also came along. Before our visit, we checked the website, which states that disabled Blue Badge holders and one carer receive free admission. We expected to pay for one adult and our two-year-old only. However, upon arrival, we were told that because our disabled child was under two years old, we needed to pay for two full-price adults. This policy was quite disappointing and confusing, as it excludes carers for disabled children under two from the free entry benefit. There's no mention of this exemption or policy on the website.

Despite this, our visit was enjoyable. The staff's constant interaction and friendly demeanor made our day special. If the park could revisit its admission policy to be more inclusive of all disabled children, it would be a perfect family outing spot. We would definitely recommend visiting, but just be aware of this particular admission policy if you have a disabled child under two.

Four stars for a memorable day with great staff but room for improvement in their inclusivity policies.

We come to Heather to regularly. Array of activities for all ages to keep everyone busy. Reasonably priced day out. We always purchase the credits before we arrive as it's cheaper. As we visit regularly we can carry the credits over. Kids are always excited to return even though we have been many times.

We have used this swimming pool several times as a Bluestone guest and it is somewhere where my 8 year old would want to go every day that we are staying there. It is a much more simple one than the ones at Center Parcs, but still great and much more fun than a lot of the ones at most holiday parks that we have been to. It has two slides that are doubles, which is great as we could set off at the same time as our 8 year old son. There is also a solo slide.

It also has a lazy river, a pirate themed splash area and a sea life themed toddler pool with small slide that our 3 year old enjoyed, an outdoor bubble pool and an indoor jacuzzi.

It has the best changing area that we have ever used with several large family changing rooms.

They provide free swim nappies for under fours which have always been up to size 5-6 on our visits. We have used these sometimes when we have forgotten one.

The waves at the main pool are much better and more realistic than those at other pools we have been to in the UK. The temperature inside the pool also seems warmer than all others.

In recent years after COVID it has been closed to the general public and for the first time we noticed that it needs some work. While we were there the roof was being repaired and one of the slides was out of action. The sprays in the lazy river also weren’t working maybe due to the roof repairs. It was good to see repairs starting.

This is always a must do on our visits and was still a great activity on our last visit.

The last but one day for this season (24), with entry reduced from £45 per person to £20. Disappointing on a number of fronts - some rides were not operating, although most of the main ones were. It all looked a bit tired, and sorry for itself. Food is expensive.
