- AY1 contributionSuffered Sciatica pain for past 6 months. Most recently had a flare up of the sciatica nerve which led to painful and uncontrollable spasms and made it impossible some days to walk and carry out normal day to day tasks. GP prescribed range of medications which came with unpleasant side effects and still in pain 4 weeks later.
My sister researched and booked me a complimentary appointment to try massage method. Had two sessions so far and it has been fantastic! Relaxing and healing experience and have had the most pain relief from these 2 sessions than 4 weeks of pain killers alongside posture improvements and good preventative measure tips that actually work! Phillip very informative, has excellent knowledge and very professional!

I saw Paul in cardiff golf centre who took just over an hour to fit me with clubs. They were ordered and arrived within a week, they have help my game immensely. This is a really nice place to unwind and reduce stress. - Robee Joy J1 contributionTook salsa level 1 with them and by the end of the 6 week course, it really made me fall in love with the dance! The instuctors rhi and mariano are professionals but they breakdown the dance and pace for beginners to easily learn and enjoy. I have met alot of great people from all dance levels through the community theyve built, planning out free flowing practices outside of the weekly classes as well as social mixers -- def enjoyed this with R&M dance sydney! I have enrolled myself to salsa level 2 and bachata 1 and looking forward to enrolling again next term! - beth j1 contributionSo my son is 13 and a little low in confidence. He's been fascinated with free-runners online and wanted to give it a go for a while. It took him real courage to get out there and meet new people; and in Fluidity, he met a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and was treated like family. I love this place, as a parent. Such amazing people of all ages, encouraging eachother to progress and have fun. The friends he's made here are awsome, and for life.
