Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- KittensinMittensLisburn, UK58 contributionsGreat spot for a mooch about on a weekend morning. Lots of cool stalls with a mixture of art and bits and pieces. Plenty of food options and the live music is great. Really nice chilled vibe. Could do with better parking options nearby but if you’re in the city anyway it would be a handy walk. The stallholders are all lovely and happy for a chat. Love getting a coffee and having a people watch here.Written 12 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - fionaalfaBelfast, UK72 contributionsGreat variety of exhibits and good location for theatre - all seats have a great view and more reasonably priced than some other Belfast theatres. Great cafe too which attracts a nice crowd. - Jazzy L1 contributionConor was an engaging and informative guide who enjoy a bit of banter with the group and the traders. The tour was well paced and gave a good balance between the history of the market and current market traders.Written 16 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Colette SDublin, Ireland20 contributionsI visited with a US group of twenty. Robbie met us at the front door, full of life & fun. It's a beautiful centre, "as Gaeilge".
The dinner was beautiful tender beef, fresh veg & delicious gravy. Wonderful flautist played throughout dinner on the side.
Then through to the main event with dessert. The MC was funny, wise and a great story teller. The Irish dancers did not disappoint. They were fabulous. Members of the audience were invited to join them dancing. They did extremely well.
A really great night.

- D'booBallymena, UK37 contributionsThis shopping centre thrives where others are finding it hard to keep the businesses in it. It’s always a pleasure to visit the Kennedy Centre which has a nice number of shops and eateries on offer to visit. Well worth a visit.Written 3 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Scrapster186470Belfast, UK71 contributionsQSS Gallery and Studios is an artist led organisation which supports the work of contemporary visual artists. The exhibitions change every 4-6 weeks and show the work of both emerging and established artists from Northern Ireland and abroad. Above the ground floor gallery there are some 25 artists who work in a variety of media. The studios are open to the public on certain days throughout the year but the gallery is the public facing part of the organisation. It's free and a great opportunity to see the work of emerging artists. The work is not necessarily commercial, but is for sale.Written 31 October 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WDootCarryduff, UK146 contributionsI've nearly been hit a few times now on the crossings. I think they've removed some of the lighting. Maybe I'm wrong but they don't seem to be as visible since the new owners took over. Someone is going to be knocked down. They need to get proper lighting at these so motorists can see the pedestrians properly.
I frequent Dunnes a lot. Really great store. I rarely go into M&S now since covid as they didn't take covid measures seriously. The staff always seem miserable too. Depressing. The Boots is good and Next handy for their click and collect service. Waterstones a great addition.
I don't agree with charging the staff for parking. Just a money making measure on the new owners part. Not good PR. They need to discuss with their son in law.Written 4 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Two sculptures really intrigued me. One artist had made these bizarre tubular, long legged dogs (see photo). They were textured and coloured like beagles, but were so surprisingly contorted. Elsewhere someone clever had woven, crochet-style, two balaclavas. They're normally black and menacing, covering the faces of paramilitaries, so this was a startling culture clash - the brutal meets the delicate, force meets finesse. Very interesting. I like to take note of artists' names, but we only arrived near closing time, and had to hurry on. I plan to go back for a better look.Written 18 November 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
