- keltik01NJ54 contributionsExcellent overview of Belfast. Total tour takes just over 1.5hrs. You will see some of the shopping areas, where the Titanic was built, Crumlin jail and others. The highlight for me were the streets known for the Troubles, such as Falls Road and Shankill road. Our guide Mick gave a great overview of the history of the Troubles and how there is still some tension there. The murals are very interesting to see.

If you choose the company SightseeingBelfast, you will get a shorter trip and only a one sided narrative of ”the troubles”. The tour avoided the catholic part of Belfast. The buses didn’t have a ”live guide” only a bad recording and lousy speakers. There’s three bus companys, with look-alike buses.
