Spent a fantastic day touring the sights of Northern Ireland very comfortably and efficiently with our group of eight family members. A very well spent day to be sure.

Paul and Geordie were outstanding drivers who were super nice and accommodating throughout the whole trip. Those guys are great! Make sure to ask them to take you through Swatragh on the way back! Well done and many thanks!

The tour which we booked through the Tour shop in Belfast was amazing. Our driver Stuart was outstanding, the knowledge he had every everywhere we went was immense and made the trip.
Each stop was a beautiful part of Northern Ireland.
Would highly recommend booking this when visiting .

Excellent tour guide/driver Karl. Provided a lot of key information on the drive to each venue. Gave a good insight into the country’s history too.
Saw locations for Game of Thrones which was great to see. Plenty of opportunities for photos. Highlights below:
    1. The scene where Arya Stark came out of the water after being stabbed.
    2. The Caves of Cushendun where the Red Priestess Melisandre gave birth to a Shadow Assassin.
    3. Ballintory Harbor, which was used for exterior shots for both Pyke and the Iron Islands.
    4. Dunluce Castle (Pyke Castle : Greyjoy Castle).
    5. The Dark Hedges, aka the King's Road, where Arya Stark travelled with Gendry and Hot Pie hoping to reach the Night's Watch.
Visited Giant's Causeway, an area of 40,000 interlocking basalt columns which form a staircase. (National Trust). This was very impressive!
We had an option to have a big lunch at the Fullerton Arms Pub. We decided to have our own picnic food but could still eat on site with other people on the tour. This pub had one of the Game of Thrones Doors. Door number 6. There are 10 doors in total dotted around Northern Ireland. Karl, our guide/driver gave us a book to get stamps free of charge, which was nice of him. This also had all the locations provided. We also got to see door 7 at The Dark Hedges. Good day all round! We fully recommend!
We booked through Get your guide.

Great shore excursion from our cruise. The ship's excursion was twice the price and not as long. We had a full day,, and even though it was windy and a bit rainy we had a great time.

Had a great tour with Paul last week. The whole small-bus idea is terrific as you aren't waiting for a huge coach-load of people to get on and off at every stop - something you could see on the other coaches when we were at the Giants Causeway. A really good day and great driver/guide.

During our trip to Belfast in November 2023, I had booked two private tours with Robert, from RM Executive Transport. We were a group of four adults, and the pricing for a private tour when shared between four people was comparable to a group tour, but far, far more enjoyable.

Robert was endlessly helpful with the planning and organising of our tours. Because they were private, he was happy to change his standard tour, which had quite a Game of Thrones theme, to something more suitable for us. For us, seeing coastal towns and in particular the Giant’s Causeway, was the highlight. We also wanted to see the famous Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, but not actually cross it, due to time and leg injury issues.

Robert arranged the whole thing to perfection for us. He kept in constant contact with me, so I was never concerned about the day. He picked us up right on time at our hotel in a very comfortable large van. This meant that all four of us had a seat with a window for the sights and lots of space for all of our things.

Robert was a fount of knowledge about Northern Ireland, which is exactly what we wanted. We had lots of interesting discussions about all sorts of things during our day, which enhanced the experience markedly.

He started by taking us to the pretty town of Carnlough, then lots of driving along the sensational coastline and through other small towns. He drove us inland a bit. The autumn colours were incredible! I’ve never been to New England in the autumn, but I doubt it could beat this. We walked up to a lovely waterfall over the Glenariff River which we would never even have known about without Robert.

Next was a lookout near Ballycastle where we had the requested great views of the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge.

Finally came what we were was so excited for, the Giant’s Causeway. It was sunny and not even particularly cold, just slightly chilly. Perfect conditions. We all managed to walk the whole way down and back up, without making use of the bus. It was simply incredible, everything we’d hoped for.

Lunch was in the town of Bushmills, then we had a photo stop at Dunluce Castle as it was too late to tour it by then. We finished the day at Bushmills Distillery, reportedly the oldest one in Northern Ireland. We did a tasting of a number of Irish whiskies, which unfortunately I did not enjoy. Some of my companions certainly did though, so they were happy to finish what I could not!

Robert also had a surprise in the car of cans of Guiness for us all to try, again not to my taste but it certainly was to the two men in our group.

Robert dropped us back at our hotel after this wonderful day.

The next morning, he arrived again for our half day tour. We started with a visit to Stormont, which was closed so we could only take photographs from outside the gate.

The tour continued with visits to the murals, the Remembrance Garden and many other sites.

I highly recommend booking a private tour with RM Executive Transport during your visit to Belfast.

A very nice time - we discovered with good reason that Odyssey Coach Tours was a popular choice on our cruise visit! Direct booking and confirmation were easy; for timeliness, mind that the parking lot of the port near Belfast can seem more broad and disorienting on ground in comparison to smaller port companions on a passage. Emailed details did help; we thus found our way to Odyssey's coaches and vehicles without too much confusion or delay.

The tour certainly holds its own, even if on a limited schedule: we were driven by and past Belfast and whisked along the coast, dotted as described with quite picturesque towns and scenery. The Portaneevy viewpoint provides a stunning view around, and it's easy to see why Giant's Causeway is as renowned as it is. Travel was quite comfortable, particularly for the extra leg room bus: USB, WiFi, cushy seats, and with an uncrowded group size inside all while we went more or less en masse in the tourist flow.

Our guide, Jim, fairly wouldn't be called on the boisterous side of the style, but no fault here - through the course of our tour he was just as informative and forthcoming as other guides and marked his narration with both deadpan wit and sincerity as needed, the latter evident as we wove our way back in the streets of Belfast. Jim also admirably kept reins on our schedule, particularly with some boorish traffic at the Causeway lot. We felt we made the most of our allotted port day - no time for Dunluce Castle, but still back with a hand's breadth of all aboard - and that was in thanks to the fact that Jim knew the read of the road and timings to make the day work.

Can happily recommend this tour - do pay attention to the confirmation's other helpful notes such as that about the Causeway bus (one GBP per person each way). Many thanks, Jim, Odyssey, for a lovely time.

Absolutely fantastic tour with Quiggs & Vic on our first visit to Nothern Ireland! Both worked together really well to make sure the day ran seamlessly - everything was well timed and planned to perfection. Quiggs is a natural and we're so happy we ended up with him as our guide: his attention to detail, comedic wit and ability to retain and relay so much information about the local area or historic/mythical events is incredibly impressive. Even to hear his own views on things was super interesting, and made every interaction with the party on our coach feel authentic and unscripted.

We'll be sure to reccomend this tour and book on another during our next trip to NI! Thank you both.

This was one of the most amazing sights I've seen.... so far! I wish we had more time to linger in this beautiful place! However, we were with a shore excursion that preferred to linger at the local brewery than the beauty here. So we had to soak in as much as we could with the time allotted.
If you have the opportunity to visit, plan to spend some time at the Giant's Causeway; it's worth it.
    A must see!

Let's start with the tour. I did both the Winterfell and Iron Islands tours and both were equally brilliant. Guided by actual extras from the show, they not only pointed out popular film sites from the show, but the background info on their experiences in helping make the show took the tour to a whole new level. Richard (guide for Iron Islands) and Andrew and Lar (guides for Winterfell) kept us entertained the entire time. They provided insight into the show as well as Irish culture in between stops and helped everyone have the best experience possible. You could easily tell they enjoyed their job guiding us through the Game of Thrones realm. They gave us cloaks, swords and shields for great photos, took photos of us with their cameras as well as our own cameras and even shared the photos they had taken on their own phones with us!

Personally, I had a few problems getting these tours done (through NO fault of the company or it's employees). I had signed up for both tours. The day before I flew from the States, I got an e-mail from Rob the Tour Director saying that my guide for the Saturday Winterfell tour tested positive for Covid. He gave me several options to choose from (including a full refund, but I chose to reverse the tours I had signed up for and go to the Iron Islands on Saturday and Winterfell on Wednesday. The Saturday tour was great as expected and even included the Giant's Causeway as well as the GoT sights. On Wednesday, the weather forecast didn't look good for us (Hurricane Agnes remnants), but the tour van showed up as scheduled and off we went. We got through the morning portion (Castle Ward/ Inch Abbey) without a problem, but by lunch we were informed that due to high winds, Tollymore Forest was closed. Richard told us that Director Rob would refund us for half the cost that we were unable to complete. They took us back to Belfast and I contacted Rob to see if I could catch the Saturday Winterfell tour so I could complete it rather than get my refund. The Winterfell tour out of Belfast was booked full, but he told me a way I could catch their Winterfell tour out of Dublin that same day! Although it took three tries, Rob went out off his way to ensure that I could complete both tours I had booked!

I NEVER expected to see customer service like that ever in my lifetime! Most companies would simply say something like " Sorry, it's out of our control", keep the cash and wave good-bye. Not this company! As great as the tour was, it was the director, the guides and even the drivers that I will remember most! They all went out of their way to give their customers the best experience possible - even at their own expense! I cannot speak highly enough for this company, it's service and the incredible tours that they offer.

Met early to jump on with our driver Lindsay - he explained everything well. Highlights were Carrickfergus Castle (but no time to go in), The Dark Hedges and of course the Giants’ Causeway. About 90 minutes to explore the latter. Listen to his advice! I’d say bring sandwiches or use the cafe at the Dark Hedges. The Game of Thrones links are a little weak otherwise, but you do pass the Wall! It’s a long day - just over half of the time is on the bus, but it’s good value and there’s plenty of beautiful scenery to look at.
