We visited on a Sunday morning and it was incredibly busy despite the timed entrance.
The exhibits show the Titanic story from its build and is incredibly interesting and well worth a visit but it was just too busy.
It wasn't entirely clear how to navigate around the building. Lifts weren't well signposted.
    Staff were very helpful though.

Such a moving experience. A bit surreal. Would recommend going. I had shivers at times. Hearing prisoner stories made it even more moving.

This is a fabulous place - full of so much stuff! When we visited there was an exhibition regarding the troubles, which I found really informative and engaging. Some of it was hard to read because of how recently we lived through it, but so well presented. There’s history, art and animals - it’s so interesting. Loved the Egyptian exhibits too - and it’s free! Go go go!

Great market and a worthy visit when in Belfast. Plenty of stalls to stop and look at items to buy.

If you’re hungry there are a lot of small stalls to get various foods, but have a good look around them all as some are certainly better and more generous in portions than others.

El Toro is such a stall which does the obligatory fried Sausage and Bacon, but to be honest it was very basic and disappointing. Adjacent stalls dished food a lot more generously which looked far nicer.

We’ll attended, so give yourself time for a good look around.

This was a great tour. Tour guide was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Learnt lots of new facts, despite us being lifelong Northern Ireland fans. I've been to the tours of Ibrox and the Nou Camp and this is right up there with them. Highly recommended. GAWA!

This is an amazing museum ship and a bit of an unknown gem in maritime history locations. I have been to HMS Belfast (London) and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (with HMS Warrior & HMS Victory) and I would rate HMS Caroline as just as good. Visited with my son on a sunny Saturday morning in May 2024 and we had a great time touring her over a 2 hour visit ( probably could have done another 30-40 mins easily). You need to book your tour time slot and on our tour there was only 4 people including us. For our tour it started with a short video presentation in the Drill Hall telling the story of the Battle of Jutland (1916) and HMS Caroline’s part in it. Then a brief intro to the ship and were given our audio guide devices.
We then toured the ship in our own time. The audio guide was invaluable and very well well done. Lots of info points, well distributed and the info clips we’re well edited. Clips were informative and not too long.
The ship is very accessible and easy to find your way through. There are lifts to get between decks if necessary. There are also get spaces explaining how different aspects of the ship worked. A particularly good one was the torpedo exhibit.
She isn’t as authentic in terms of her warship layout as HMS Belfast due to her postwar role as a depot ship.
Overall she is a great visit for all the family and you don’t need to be a maritime history nut to enjoy her.
Finally our our visit the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

Took the wife to see pretty women. The Grand opera house is a special location, we do love going here. Usually get centre circle seating as good distance from the stage and a good view. The seats can be a bit uncomfortable if sitting long but the sound and experience is second to none. Nice bar with view of street at intermission too.

SS Nomadic is the last remaining ship still in existence operated by the White Star Line. They also operated the Titanic.

You can visit the SS Nomadic and find out about its history as part of the Titanic exhibition. Once you have finished in the Titanic story cross over the road and head for the dry dock where the Nomadic is. Show your ticket and your explore the ship and find out more about it.

This was a wonderful experience in the most impressive beautiful building. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our tour guide Sarah was such a knowledgable and entertaining host. This tour lasted about an hour and a half. It was totally free. It was a wonderful tour.

Cathedral Quarter is the Northern part of the City Centre and as you would assume it is located close to Belfast Cathedral. There are quite a few bars in this area and a casino as well.

There are lots of nice buildings to admire including the cathedral itself and the Belfast Central Library.

There is also a large amount of excellent street art which I enjoyed photographing.

I am not much of a drinker so I did not go in any of the bars however it was a nice area to be around.

Visit Belfast is a great hub for someone visiting the city for the first time and I am glad I went there not long after I arrived in the city.

Located in Donegall Square there are regular buses running to this location including buses from the airport.

In Visit Belfast you can buy tickets for Translink who run public transport in the Province both within Belfast and to other locations and into the Republic of Ireland.

There are also lots of leaflets about different things to do in Belfast as well as further afield. They sell souvenirs to remind you of your stay or to give to a loved one and there are many different price points depending on how much you want to spend.

The lady who helped me was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area.

Travelled on the 1530 crossing on Monday 20th November 23 from Belfast to cairnryan.
Would to give Katie and Claire two particular staff that were on our crossing and went above and beyond with customer service. When they found out we were traveling for my birthday celebrations They brought me a bottle of prosecco and upgraded us to the Hugge lounge. Absolutely brilliant. 4th time IV travelled with stenna line and everytime staff have been amazing. Thank you Katie and Claire.

'New Ireland' was the funniest thing I've ever seen. Absolutely their best show so far!
The Lyric is a lovely place.
Drinks are dear but not 'need a mortgage dear'.
