The airport location had a very helpful staff member who helped us to purchase two return tickets and gave us simple instructions for travel. And when he picked us up, we found John to be a delight. We had a great conversation and a wonderful introduction to Scotland. Also, the car was pristine and very comfortable. I used them twice during our (group of six) holiday in Edinburgh, the first to pick us up at the airport and deliver us to our Airbnb in New Town. The second was when we left Edinburgh, and they picked us up at our Airbnb and delivered us to Arnold Clark Rental to pick up our van for the remainder of the trip. Both drivers were extremely professional, we had some great conversations, and even showed us the way to efficiently leave the city and waited until we had finished with our rental paperwork. Utilizing their online system was super easy too. I'll be using them again, the next time we stay in the city. The guys who work there are so knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was a bother to them - I asked to stop off somewhere for a few pictures and they were more than happy to, he also took some pictures for us!
Cannot wait to use them again! She is exceptionally attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable!! The vehicle was perfect and we appreciated Doug being right there for us so late, with an iPad sign with our name on it! There is no way I wanted to rent a car and drive in my tired condition after a long day of flight delays, and you stepped in and took care of us. When you order a taxi now and especially if it is a short trip rather than a long journey it seems to us that the taxi drivers pick and choose their lifts? He certainly made our trip exceptional but the service from this company has been first class from initial enquiry to the dropping off at the station after 8 hours shopping. There was plenty of room for all of us / karaoke / Bluetooth / bins and cup holders all fitted inside. The bus driver was also very friendly and accommodating eg stopping to use nearby toilets etc. it was the highlight of our night and we would definitely do it again. He was not just a driver but a friend , guide , singer (yes you read it right) all rolled in one pack. This was something we didn’t expect but served us well over almost a week of road trip from Inverness to Cheltenham . There was not one dull moment with him in the driver’s seat and also outside the vehicle. Very reliable knowing when it was important for him to step in early to ensure we met out pre booked timelines.
