Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Edward02Rotherham, UK847 contributionsIt is a real asset for Glasgow. It is well maintained and we have enjoyed having a coffee and a meal. It is a pity there are a couple of vacant shops but that is common today.

We will definitely come back again.Written 29 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- tartnjohnOlney, UK3,572 contributionsGreat shopping centre with various things going on to attract customers.
This time it was the costumes from the TV Show, the masked singer with a range of the real thing available to view and a fair sized crowd sizing them up. Whether any of those looking at them would have fooled the judges remains to be (never) seen but the excitement of the kids who were looking at them suggests that the management of the shopping centre have a winner on their hands with this feature.
Great range of shops and eating houses to complete our visit.
One of the better shopping malls in Scotland.Written 1 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. While it lacks any charm and looks like any other generic shopping center - it's still a good choice when it's raining outside.Written 30 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I had the best help ever from Scott, he works the floor. This man went above and beyond for us nothing was a bother. He is an asset to the company. Proper gentleman. Won't go anywhere else for a suit now.Written 22 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TaxidevilGlasgow, UK2,934 contributionsThe Golden Z refers to the shape that the Glasgow shopping streets make on a map. The pedestrianized Buchanan Street links Argyle street to Sauchiehall Street. You can find all the High Street brand names in these streets M&S, House of Fraser, Zara, H&M,Debenhams, TK Maxx and many many more.
In Argyle St you can also visit St Enoch Centre, on Buchanan Street visit Prices Square and at the junction of buchanan Street and Suchiehall Street visit the Buchanan Galleries.
However due to a large fire part of Sauchiehall Street is inaccessible but there are still plenty of shops in the rest of the street.
You are sure to find what you are looking for in these streets.Written 10 May 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
