Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- jckpot!2013Glasgow, UK499 contributionsTried bikram a few times last year in another area but since moving over to southside decided to try again! Doing ÂŁ20 for 20 days and managed to do 7 out of 10 days so far! Really loving the classes! Good times and shorter classes so there is something for everyone! Feeling really motivated and already stretching and getting deeper into positions I didn't think I could do!Written 10 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lisa’s FitnessGlasgow, UK9 contributionsHad a fantastic time. Sweated like crazy was exhausted but felt great afterwards. Will be a regular!Written 26 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Vix_70Scotland311 contributionsAn exceptional community of Iyengar yoga practitioners and teachers in a central location. There is something for everyone. A regular portfolio of classes, some hybrid, allowing you to be taught from home. Andrew has the ability to blend in person and online effortlessly. Workshops deepen your practice. I have also benefitted from a retreat with Frances which allowed an intense reflection of practice. All teachers are Iyengar certified which provides a quality assurance but also the useful focus on alignment, sequence and props. You can also organise a private one to one. Whatever you try, it is worthwhile and I know you will be returning again and again.Written 1 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chloe S1 contributionMy favourite Pilates studio by far. Brilliant location near Glasgow City Centre, big windows and all of the equipment. The class was really engaging and challenging, and Michelle made me feel really relaxed and welcome.Written 18 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
