Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Grant was an excellent driver and guide for this bus trip from Glasgow to Stirling Castle, the village of Aberfoyle for lunch and then a cruise on Loch Lomond. He handled getting us the tickets for the activities and gave us guidance on what we should see inside the castle.
At Stirling Castle our tour guide - Andrew - was an excellent historian and story teller. He made the history of the place come alive.
The countryside that you see is lush and green and you can see manor houses and castles hidden among the trees.
The cruise on Loch Lomond was nice but not very interesting. I would do it again, just not look forward to making this the high point of the day.

We totally loved the experience. Davie, our driver-cum-guide was very knowledgeable and made the journey memorable by sharing the local history in his Glaswegian accent and humour. Would totally recommend this day trip to anyone.

Our tour guide was amazing. My friend got car sick and she went above and beyond to make sure she was okay. Great views even though it was rainy and a bit foggy. Did feel slightly rushed at each stop but definitely worth the trip.

Our driver, Jafar, was wonderful however there was miscommunication regarding the nature of our tour. He was under the impression that he was taking us back to Greenock port rather than providing a tour of Glasgow. He quickly adapted and we collectively put together a tour that worked out.

I highly recommend this tour, I really enjoyed it. It had enough breaks and bathroom stops. Stevey was our tour guide and he was great.

We had a great time on this hike. We went on this hike as part of our annual girls (family) trip and the stairs down were a little much for our mother, but she enjoyed the views from above. Would caution anyone with even slightly limited mobility or dexterity that it will be a challenge. My sister and I had a great time going into the gorge and wading through the water to get great photos of the waterfall. Ferenc was a great guide and showed us how to do everything safely as it can be very slippery.

What a fantastic day with our driver Stuart. I highly recommend this tour we had the best time so lots of really cool stuff and don’t worry about going on a day that the Inveraray Castle is closed because it’s still was pretty spectacular from the outside.

Really good trip. People need to know it's not a bus tour it's an Afternoon Tea experience. We had a great day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make was I would like a few more sandwiches and less cakes.Scones were lovely. We didn't have the Gin experience, but quite like the sound of some of the other experiences. The staff even gave us a little sing song.Would recommend and go back for one of the other trips.

We had the best trip with our guide (Paul B). He was timely and got us where we needed to go safely. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and played great music. We went to all the highlights on the trip, which were beyond beautiful. Our B&B in Portree (Fuaran) was perfect. Highly recommend this trip!

"You are really just going on this trip by yourself?" That was the usual reply when I informed friends and family about my upcoming trip. I would highly recommend this experience and this tour for anyone travelling solo. What a great group of people from all over the world that I am now privileged to call my friends! And did I mention our tour guide? Mr. Hugh Donald Mackay (The Piping Tour Guide on IG)...he's as original as they come. You could sense his love for Scotland and especially the Highlands from his stories, jokes and through the songs he played for us. Thank you Hugh for creating memories that I'll never forget!
