Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- h20sjh10 contributionsThe bus left the station promptly at 10-00am. Then headed out to the airport, making several city stops on the way. This takes 15 mins to get out of the city, followed by a further 15 mins to get to the airport. Please do not be deceived by the advertised city to airport in 15 mins - this is not realistic!Written 3 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dellulahlauraForfar, UK303 contributionsWhilst the bus journey itself was fine, there were definite differing rules from the journey going to the return journey. On pick up for going, the driver got off the coach & lifted our suitcases up onto the bag hold, which is, around 4foot High up. No probs at all & no questions asked when he took them off at the other end. However, on our return, the driver refused to touch our cases due to so called Covid rules. I have a heart condition & whilst I can lift my case to a degree off the ground, I cannot lift it up high. When I explained this he poo pood the fact that I could not lift my own case. I asked what would happen if it was a small old lady with a heavy case? He replied "oh, I've never seen any small old ladies with a suitcase". How rude & ignorant! My daughter in law had to lift up our cases. Lucky she was with me. We were all asked to put our seat belts & masks for the entire journey, which we did not mind, however, why were we not asked or required to do so on the journey going?Written 24 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David Ross2 contributionsI travelled from Edinburgh to Glasgow yesterday from Roseburn stop st around 12.20.
Instantly, I realised the driver was, I felt, driving much faster than usual. The journey continued at speed, and very jerky much of the time. I simply felt unsafe and scared most of the journey and was physically sick on leaving the bus at Buchanan Street, in Glasgow. The rest of my afternoon had me still nauseous and dizzy.
On the return journey at 1830 hrs, a totally different experience. Driver was lovely, friendly and drove at a normal, safe and comfortable speed and I arrived back at Roseburn rested and calm.
I even expressed my thanks to the lovely driver for such a lovely journey and complimented him on his great driving!
The bus on both journeys was clean, warm and otherwise good.
On a final note, I've used the 900 journey for many years and have rarely found such a scary and uncomfortable ride.
Always has been lovely!
