Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Looking forward to cruising the Bristol Channel from Penarth to Ilfracombe as a birthday gift. The actual cruise was most enjoyable and the scenery along the Devon and Somerset coast was spectacular, something that will be etched in my memory. However I would recommend travellers bring their own food and drink on board. We were charged £9 for 2 coffees and a miniscle slice of chocolate cake. A fellow passenger reported a charge of £5.25 for a small portion of chips. There was far too many passengers on board and when it became too cold to sit outside for long we found the only available seats in the dining area, having first triped over passengers sitting along the wall outside the toilets. Surely all corridors in a ship should be kept clear for safely.

Trip down memory lane. Drove to Govan, free parking then a very short but very pleasant free trip across the Clyde in the small Govan ferry right to the doorstep of the transport museum.
Young lady informed us the safety factors and the young man did the navigating a most enjoyable experience. Plus all for FREE

The city link is the best way to get around the city, you can buy a all day pass or weekly pass, cheaper then a cab ran and can get Bus from Glasgow to any major city or small town and the view great.
