Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had an amazing time at the Glasgow Science Centre, it’s very informative. A fun afternoon out especially for the kids. The 3D cinema was the highlight for my 9 year old daughter.

We've been visiting Sharmanka for many years, even once we moved out of the area. It's like nothing else we've ever seen, a bit spooky but thought-provoking, well made and also funny. We make regular visits because often there's things we accidentally missed the last time, or have forgotten, and the displays are updated and tweaked frequently. Highly recommended for an experience like no other!

We went on the cruise on Friday under the Tamar bridges and round the breakwater. It was a magical night, calm seas and beautiful sunset. This was the 3rd time aboard… been on her on the Clyde in the late 70s and then round the Royal Sovereign Light tower in the early 80s! Ship is lovely, staff brilliant and it is a joy to be on her. She was very busy and at times was difficult to move around the ship with dogs tripping you up and blockages of people at every corner. The thing that narked me a bit was we queued for a long time to board, but there seemed to be lots of complementary or corporate ticket holders just going straight to the front and skipping the queue. Surely you should prioritise the paying guests or just treat everyone the same and all join the queue?

First time back since ..White City days! Brilliant night. Staff are so friendly it makes for a great start to the night. Race helped being right down to the wire and Tigers pipped at the last. Evening went quickly as everything goes along at a decent pace and you are not sitting about for long between races. Will be back.

The gorge is beautiful with water running through it. You can walk inside the gorge and along the water which is great fun.

I'd recommend wearing shoes although we went bare-foot. Some of the stones can be sharp or uncomfortable to walk on, and perhaps could be dangerous without shoes. The water goes up to your thigh so be prepared to get wet.

The gorge has hardly any man-made features so be prepared.

I wouldn't advise young children come or those not physically fit as it is quite a challenge.

There is quite a bit of litter however which is quite sad.

What an awesome day! Lovely atmosphere, very fun, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The experience was great from start to finish, and I’ve got my very own bottle of blended gin to drink!

First time at Riddle Rooms Glasgow and it was brilliant! We did the Spy Room and the lovely Tash give us just enough hints to push us along towards the end. We had to think outside every box and question every idea, there was a lot of head scratching but we made it out with about 3 minutes to spare. I'd definitely recommend this and we're already looking at which room to book next. Absolute 10/10!

What an amazing place, the kids all got really involved and were trying to out race each or or even push each other off the track (all in good fun) and even the adults had a go in the end although I think the kids were better

Will definitely go back and would advise anyone who is thinking about it to just do it

Had a brilliant time! Went with my niece on a 12-2 session on a Sunday. She brought her own skates and I hired. Great skates, great service and attentive staff throughout. Free protective gear also. Was a good crowd but also ideal for beginners taking their own time. Will br backđź‘Ť

This was a family first time visit to the escape room. We were warmly welcomed and the concept explained clearly to us. Throughly enjoyable and would certainly go again.

Visiting Glasgow for a gig at the SEC, and I was looking for something to do to fill an afternoon rather than subject my poor husband to even more shopping. I stumbled on the Splatter Art website and thought it looked like fun. Not to toot my own horn, but I was bloody right!

An excellent hour bopping along to great tunes while I worked out my frustration on paint. Excellent fun, would highly recommend to all. Iona gave a great overview of the available tools, and offered help to create different effects without being intrusive.

I think Introduction To Climbing is one of the best introductory courses I've done in a long time, and really excellent value. Big credit to Toby and Kieran, really enjoyed learning from them, both very approachable, no such thing as a daft question etc. Good sense of humour as well, which really helped. Credit also to all the other staff, they were pitching in when asked, and again the light-hearted banter clearly made it all the more enjoyable. Clearly a very tight team, very customer focused, really wanting to ensure that although it's a serious undertaking, there's scope to teach with enough jovial banter to make it fun. Cafe was excellent as well, worth going there even if you're not thinking of climbing.

Great fun activity to do with friends/family. Central location so easy to get to. Ben was super friendly and explained everything super well and made us all feel relaxed and welcomed to the place. He made the experience a lot better by cracking jokes with us and laughing with us. Thank you Ben!!! We hope to come back and do another escape room soon!
