Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited the cafe at lunchtime. Good soup and sausage roll. Clean and tidy, and even a note on the tables saying you dont need to clear up after yourself!

Low Parks must be on your visit list if you are in the area. It has great features on local history in particular the Cameronians Museum is housed here and there is a well researched and produced showcase of Sir Harry Lauder famous entertainer.

I have lived in this area for 56 years and always wanted to visit and see inside the mausoleum. Today I finally saw inside!
It has just recently reopened after work was completed to make it watertight.
The inside of the main structure is astounding, the workmanship and intricate sandstone carvings are fabulous. We were guided by Peter from the Low Parks Museum who brought to life the history of the building.
Well worth setting aside 90 mins!

I visited The Town house last night to see Nathan Carter in concert and had an absolutely enjoyable evening. I had an absolute ball watching Nathan Carter's show

Hamilton Park has reinvented itself from the old fashioned, run down racecourse 30 years ago into one of the country's better smaller racecourses. The grandstand has been redeveloped to resembles a chateau and has a large range of bars, restaurants and betting facilities. You can buy a meal at OK prices in Hills Restaurant and place a bet while you're waiting. Also if you have more money, you can book a table in Dukes in the upper part of the the grandstand and watch the racing from your table.

Other features I found good at Hamilton Park was the generous disabled parking area, a huge screen that shows the races( useful when the horses go out of vision on the far side of the course), a ramp for racegoers in wheelchairs, and vendors selling ice cream and burgers. If you want to make a visit to Hamilton Park last a couple of days, a Hampton by Hilton hotel has been built next to the racecourse.

Hamilton Park is easy to access by road, being a mile from the M74, but the rush hour traffic can be very heavy, and getting out of the course is a chore. The other alternative is to catch a train to Hamilton West, which has regular services to Glasgow Central.

We've been today to this swimming pool and of course it could be cleaner(but it's cleaner than gorbals and the same as tollcross) really enjoyed sauna and steam room. Additional charge for hairdryer. The pirate ship was great, the water is warmer than in others. No photos allowed. Really enjoyed this and will definitely return.

I’ve been to quite a few of the stadiums in Scotland but this was my first ever visit to Hamilton.

I quite liked the stadium. We got the train through and it was about a five minute walk from the station which was well policed. There’s only three stands which makes it hard to create an atmosphere. Without knowing the ins and outs I wonder if they had to do this to comply with an all seated stadium?

We were housed in the away end which is behind the goals and provides a great view of the pitch which you’re quite close to. Quite easy in getting around in the stadium and well done to them for having a section for disabled supporters with seats for carers and under cover. Take it for granted but I don’t think all clubs provide this sort of facilities which is a shame.

All in all it’s a great little stadium. As with any ground it gets busy a half time so I was unable to enjoy any of the food on offer although there was an advert for some sort of Italian inspired burger that would have been appealing!

Some reviews are for the shop, this is for the course. For a municipal course it is excellent - far better than some I've played, and a wealth of extras beside the course itself (putting practice area, chipping practice area etc). I played on consecutive days, a couple of days after heavy rain. My first round was quite soggy but the greens were in good condition, the second day was better but still a little damp underfoot, but better than some in the area I believe.
