Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Make sure you book your tickets in advance as they sell out quickly. It’s not to be missed!

Great tour which the horrors of the goal are told with some humour thrown in.

    Highly recommend you visit

The Guinness Storehouse is a must-visit for anyone in Dublin! It’s not just a museum, but an incredibly modern and experimental experience that goes beyond your typical brewery tour. The interactive displays and state-of-the-art technology really bring the history of Guinness to life in a fun and engaging way.

From learning about the brewing process to discovering the brand’s global impact, every floor offers something unique. The highlight for me was the Gravity Bar at the top, where you can enjoy a perfectly poured pint of Guinness with breathtaking panoramic views of Dublin.

If you’re a fan of Guinness or just curious about Ireland’s iconic stout, this place offers an exciting, immersive journey through its world-famous history. Definitely worth the visit!

This captures the modern, experimental vibe you mentioned while focusing on the interactive and memorable nature of the experience.

Informative and funny. Was able to immediately put our new knowledge to use recognizing statues of relevant figures on our walk back. Shoutout Daryl.

Alan took very good care of us and showed us and told us the history and anecdotes about the Irish rock scene. Alan is inspiering and know his stuff. Alan is also convinced that everybody in some way or another is connected to Ireland. 😀

Really enjoyed this museum. A comprehensive telling of Irish emigration and the positive impact of Irish emigration on the rest of the world. Like many others, I made sure I stamped my "passport" at each display. Because I was booked on a tour of the Jeanie Johnston tall ship, just opposite EPIC, I broke my visit into two. So EPIC, Jeanie Johnston, EPIC. That worked really well for me. Found the display of fitting your "Entire life" into a suitcase very poignant. Very good use of visual images to enhance the displays in each section.

Fun fact - If you want to taste your way through a huge range of Irish Whiskeys, and have already visited plenty of Distilleries in other countries, or maybe have just come off a good look around Jameson's or Teeling's, you don't need to go on a 23 Euros guided tour of Dublin's Irish Whiskey Museum to do just that!
The upstairs Whiskey Bar at the Museum, just across a busy main road from Trinity College, is open to anyone who just walks in off the street, and the knowledgeable Barman will point novices in the right direction, with plenty of helpful and impartial advice.
My evening in the congenial surroundings of the McDonnell's Whiskey Bar was not only educational and informative but also entertaining, as free live music was provided on Saturday night, when the bar stays open until 22:30 hours.
On the Barman's suggestion I began with the House 15 year-old Single Malt (a snip at EUR 16:50 or GBP 13:70) and moved on to the Connemara 22 y/o. Which is pretty much the last thing that I remember before waking up in my hotel room next morning with a slight headache!

We went on the Irish history tour which was guided by a brilliant host Pat. Very knowledgable guide and brought in some personal stories to his connection to Irish history. The tour itself was brilliant and Pat brought the whole story together very well would highly recommend.

From the very start of the tour, our guide Faye was engaging and full of knowledge. She was able to relay a huge amount of historical facts in a very short period of time yet kept us all completely engaged in what she was saying. This replica ship is brilliantly laid out to give a small glimpse of the horrendous journeys she made during the famine. Well worth a visit (and fingers crossed you have Faye as your guide!)

Large museum. Lots to see. Interesting for all ages

I like to read. Or watch TV. Difficult to do both simultaneously, especially as some rooms had two TV screens. Difficult to concentrate. I'd prefer silent sceeens with subtitles / headphones

Absolutely brilliant tour of the stadium. Visited on 22 March 2025. The tour guide Linda was first class. Her knowledge was superb and having no knowledge of gaelic football or hurling prior to my visit i came away feeling that i had been educated in a very informative way. Any sports fans i would fully recommend this experience. The stadium is very impressive.

I went on the Irish language tour with Sean. It was a great experience to do the tour trí Ghaeilge and I really enjoyed it. I wish it had been more advertised though as I feel there are many groups that would enjoy it!

This was a good bit of fun for about 45 minutes or so. The storytelling was good fun and well tailored to the audience of mixed adults and children and the tour guide, Neive, was great.

Excellent public facility. Free of charge. Beautiful building/complex. You can spend the whole day here - there's so much to see. Staff welcoming and friendly. The Luas (tram) stops right at the door. Only negative is the restaurant wasn't available (website says its closed).

This is an absolute hidden gem and I'd highly recommend visiting it. Liam was superb, he really knew his stuff and had fascinating information and stories. I particularly loved seeing and hearing about the Wharfedale and the 1916 Proclamation. I'll never look at it the same way again!!
