Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great service from airport to city centre, little pricey but you kinda expect that from an airport. Busses are like every 30min so very handy

Usually airport Hopper is great but today I was disappointed with it, first of all it was late arriving the airport, which naturally couldn't be helped because of traffic but I told the bus driver exactly where I was getting off and when we reached my stop he kept going and I told him to stop at two other stops since then and he ignored me so I had to go the full way and pay more money to get public transport to get back, now just because he was the one late, doesn't mean he should have make other people pay for it

From the moment of booking the coach with Loraine their Manager, it all ran so well. Coach arrived on time, was comfortable, clean and tidy. Nothing was too much for Aaron our coach driver. Look forward to dealing with Loraine again.

Booked the 12.15 Dublin to Tralee last Sunday 17th November. I was looking at the tracker for the 8 o’clock bus from Ennis as that was supposed to be the one that was going to Tralee at 12. I could see the 8 o’clock on the tracker but no bus number. I got over to Burgh quay at around 12 and the bus didn’t show up in the 15 minutes that it was due to leave. Eventually, a driver told us that they were pairing it with the 1.15 to Killarney. When 1.15 came, there was no sign of the bus. At about half past, a bus that had been sitting at the bus stop for ages came and took us all on. We left at about quarter to 2, with the bus full to the brim. When we got to the red cow, we were transferred on to a double decker, which was pretty packed out as well, though it emptied out in Kildare Village. The journey was supposed to end at 4.40 and we only got into Limerick around then. By the time we were in Tralee, it was near 7, so we were 2 hours late getting in. There was a load of passengers outside the bus waiting on the 5.30 to Dublin. As I got off, they changed drivers and I heard the new driver say that they had to go to Killarney, so not only were the people that had just got off delayed, the people waiting to get on were also going to be delayed by at least an hour. This is a classic Dublin Coach thing, I won’t be travelling with them for a while again but there is unfortunately people who rely on them to get to work and college and this is what they have to deal with. Disgraceful.

We took the city bus from the airport to our hotel. We had to transfer in city center. The bus has a spot to put your luggage. Make sure to purchase a bus pass. You can also pay in Euros seats were comfortable. It’s a double decker

We used Minibus Dublin for a golfing trip in Dublin. They where on time from the Airport to the hotel and then up again at 6am early tea-off. John the driver was a sound lad and made the whole experience and enjoyable one.

You spend more time in Swords on the bus in the mornings or evenings than you do getting to and from town

The service is anything but express.

    That's the irony

    Better off with Dublin Bus

This is the most unreliable bus service in Dublin when it comes to keeping time. It never arrives on schedule, even when the tracker shows it's on its way. I always end up waiting in vain.

At times, two buses arrive at the same time, and when you try to board one, the driver tells you to use the other. But when you go to the other bus, that driver also sends you back. They keep sending you back and forth, wasting time.

Whoever is responsible for this needs to address the issue. You can’t keep passengers waiting outside for so long, especially in winter.

To anyone planning to use the Big green bus, always look for an alternative. Its absolutely terrible.
