Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- StephenCrossDublin, Ireland31,546 contributionsOvercrowded most of the time. Food is really poor quality and poor taste. Glasses dirty, cups all stained. Place generally dirty - shame! Workers seem to put in an effort.Written 22 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- munchie11Shrewsbury, UK151 contributionsDublin is possibly the most basic airport lounge I’ve ever visited (along with Aer Lingus lounge at Orlando). Great flight experience but poor lounge facilities. Strange food and plates just 5” square. Not even a complimentary alcoholic drink was available - top dollar purchase prices. Check in, the flight, luggage handling and staff were great, seriously let down by their lounges. Pity.Written 22 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

I've used EasiRent for years, and have had a positive experience throughout, but I've never been presented with a Dacia before, and not any car which sounded like a tractor.
I understand they are cheap cars, but when booking you are presented with a type of vehicle, and there is a caveat of "or similar", but when I choose a Ford Kuga, please don't think for 1 minute that a Dacia is a "similar vehicle", because it is not.
The last 3 hire cars I've had were with other companies because of this issue.Written 3 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They left us waiting in the cold for half an hour. No one knew when the next bus was coming to drive us to the airport. We were late to check in having arrived an hour before check in to park and fly. Really disorganised terribly service!!!Written 6 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
