Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

They had Shropshire Gold!! The first lovely ale we had in the town. And they allowed us to bring our chips to the pub while we drank which was very kind.
Young man on his own did an amazing job running around doing everything himself. We thought he was a hard working, kind young man
It's small. 10-15 people and it's full and only 1 toilet, but they had decent ale :)

Booked a masterclass for our works Christmas party- had an amazing time, highly recommend.
Laura, Cameron and Ethan were brilliant hosts, had a laugh with us, explained everything in an easy and understanding way whilst making it very entertaining too.
didn't need to ask for anything, everything was there for us and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for giving us a very enjoyably evening, even forgive you for the fuzzy heads the next day :)

Nice traditional pub, just on the outskirts of the lovely Ironbridge. Great normal pub grub - ham egg and chips - thumbs up! Excellent prices. Great portion sizes. Would recommend. Will continue going.

Ordered from The Three Furnaces Inn and it was so good! Unfortunately they forgot our chessey garlic bread but were quick to deliver that and gave us a free drink as an apology! So lovely.

Good welcome, pub empty on our arrival but still had a nice “feel”. Plenty of parking and large outdoor eating area. Spacious well lit bar, didn’t try the restaurant. Plenty to choose from on the bar menu, appreciated the light bites available. Good food.

Another superb pub in Okengates, part of the 'Golden Triangle'. All 3 pubs are great and worth a visit if you're in the area. A decent selection of well kept beers, friendly staff and locals. Typical bar area at the front, plenty of seating towards the back and a fairly decent outside area.

A small fronted establishment that beholds a delight for real ale drinkers. A vast selection of real ales on tap, with staff that are knowledgeable and friendly. They offer you a warm welcome either as a visitor or local. The atmosphere is wonderful and the bar being packed is testament to the quality of the beer considering that it is surrounded by many other establishments. A delightful find that is well worthy of a visit.

Old fashioned real ale pub nothing posh here.
Real ale and whisky collection is good along with some international lagers like Leffe.
Popular with the older generation who like a quieter venue.

I tried to find fault and couldn't. Good quality and good serving size.
Great value for money at £8.95 for a carvery with 3 meats.

What more can you want. Freshly prepared vegetables and beef, pork and turkey in ample quantities

Shame to see dogs roaming around off leads and on furniture. Smelt a bit doggy. Shame because very nice pub but spoils atmosphere and relaxation. Bad for those with allergies

Very misleading!!!! Popped in here whilst visiting the local area. Says food served on signage on Google great photos of food. Went in to be told they no longer do it and offered a small day old ham roll. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
