Very interesting, although some of it a bit difficult to understand! Well worth having one of the (free), guided tours which take about 1 hour.

Great lesson with Coach Tony… made it easy and spent time helping/explaining/demonstrating when struggling with certain parts of the lesson.

We had such a great time today - we’re all novices and our family is a mixture of teenagers and a nervous 7 year old, plus a total beginner mum in my 40s! Our instructor, Michael was really brilliant, encouraging and so kind - we all loved it and our 7 year old very quickly forgot his nerves thanks to Michael’s support. A great spot, we’ll be back!

Great trip, made lots of memories even with the weather being wet and muddy. Tickets are well priced and easy to book. There is a range of animals to see all whom look happy and well loved. 4yr old loved being able to feed and stroke the animals. The playground was a big hit with the kids too. The garden centre is beautiful and reasonably priced. The cafe is great but very small for when times are busy (like half term), not sure this would be so much of a problem in the summer but in winter or colder months it was challenging, we ended up leaving early to eat elsewhere. Love the new toilets near the playground. Some pram pathways to various bits in the park would be super useful. All the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. One of our favourite farms to visit.

Fantastic visit. Our two grandchildren aged 3 and 7, were fascinated with all the interactive displays. The museum volunteers were so knowledgeable. Everything is presented in a child friendly way. Lots to see and do. The play area was water logged and not very inspiring.

The cafe was packed with people eating. The volunteers were so helpful and well organised. This visit is a must if you live near Milton Keynes.

    Loved this place!

The museum is quite small with 4 main rooms. It would probably take an hour or 2 to look around yourself but the enthusiasm and passion with which the staff spoke about the machines, and the events surrounding their development and use, kept us engaged the entire time. We stayed for over 4 hours from midday until close.

We had almost no understanding of the topics covered going in. The exhibits spurred our curiosity and the people presenting them were more than happy to chat with us and are very knowledgeable, able to answer all of the questions we had in great depth.

The exhibits follow a narrative from codebreaking during the second world war through to the advent of commercial computing, with some of the later parts curated by people who actually worked with the machines that are on display. They were therefore able to give first hand accounts of what it was like to use them at the time which was fascinating.

Well worth the trip even if you don't think you're particularly interested in computers.

I love go karting so I decided to try out daytona go karting in milton keynes. I did the 20 minutes practice in the sodikart. This was my first time on this track and it was wet. I still had loads of fun the team was very helpful and they awncered all my questions quickly. I will be coming back next time I visit Milton Keynes. Would recommend going to this track.

We went as we were visiting Santa. The actual Santa experience was very well organised and my 4 year old loved the talking trees. However when we went to the Elves workroom to collect his gift from Santa- it was bedlam as it was also where you picked up your official photo. There was no organisation and it was whoever could push to the front got served.
The day we visited it was -2 degrees and the only machine producing hot drinks had broken down! It was fixed eventually but the service was extremely slow. As it was so cold we decided to have a hot lunch- truly dreadful. Do not waste your money.
I agree the staff were nice and friendly- but at least 20% of the rides were not working.
I would have given 2 out 5 but my 4 year old enjoyed himself so that is why it gets 3 out of 5

Also visited “and then there was none” 10th Feb ( as previous review) . Odd person coughing but not over the top. Seating is good even high up which still has a good view of the stage . Nice modern theatre on edge of city centre , loads of parking close by . Enjoyable experience.

Went to see Fairport Convention, who were one member short due to Covid. Nonetheless, a great night of music, Fairport overcame their 80% attendance with hardly a hiccup and the staff looked after us wonderfully as we're both a bit short in the mobility stakes. Not our first visit, won't be our last!

National Radio Centre, located in Bletchley Park, houses amateur radio station licensed to RSGB. Very fascinating place for amateur radio jockeys, scientists, physicists and curious kids. Staff are quite friendly and explained things in detail, they rekindled my interest radio physics, particularly Mr Brian. Entry to NRC is free, but need to get tickets for Bletchley Park.
