Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jessica C10 contributionsPerfect place to visit for a 9 year old football mad kid. The interactive area on floor 2 was epic and we could have spent hours and hours here! Considering we visited at the start on half term and a Saturday we didn't have to queue atall for any of the activities except 15 mins for the penalty shoot out. The staff were really helpful we will be returning.Written 27 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jerry vAmsterdam, The Netherlands4 contributionsSmall and beautiful museum! Very informative and interesting. Should be obligatory for secondary school classes to visit as part of the history lessons. Forget about kings' and queens' history and learn about the history of people!Written 4 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - draclearHorsham, UK2 contributionsAbsolutely amazing little museum about 5 mins walk from Piccadilly station. A full history of the Manchester police force with many amazing photos covering all aspects of their work, past and present. You get to see the original cells, a charge room and the old Denton courtroom on the top floor as well as a crime room containing many original artifacts used in some of the areas most notorious crimes. Best of all are the volunteer staff, many of whom are ex-police officers from the area who are happy to tell you all about the exhibits and regale the inquisitive with stories from their individual experiences about crime and policing in Manchester.Written 31 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nathan S2 contributionsBeen a few times now with my mates, and bought 3 shirts from here. All great quality, and all at a very good price too. The staff are all very friendly and passionate about their job. The shop itself is very well set out and the staff are always keen to help in directing you to shirts or answering queries. Highly recommend even going for a look round if your a football fan.Written 16 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
