Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Lechiffre1Monaco834 contributionsI have attended this establishment a few times now and it is quite a good small casino. The poker room downstairs normally has 1 or 2 cash games and there are tournaments Sunday to Wednesday. There is a restaurant upstairs and alson food service that are above average. The casino is worth visiting.Written 27 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TH06MAYLondon, UK914 contributionsVisited with my sons on a Saturday night and we played roulette and blackjack for a few hours. £50 stake each. Youngest son finished +£100 profit, I finished +£45 profit and eldest son finished -£50 loss. The £10 free bet and free drink was a bonus. Staff were friendly. People watching late on was funny as some were slightly more tipsy 🥴Written 4 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JXR_UKUnited Kingdom1,250 contributionsWe visited for the first time last night. It’s not a big casino and a limited number of slots. The drinks were a reasonable price and the dealers were friendly.
I have a little luck on a slot and left up which is always a plus!Written 21 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LauraDaveJamesSolihull, UK4,986 contributionsWe visited this casino after dinner on a very warm evening. We were pleased to find that the casino is beautifully air-conditioned. We are not members of this casino but just needed to show ID at the door to enter.
We enjoyed a bottle of prosecco in a very pleasant atmosphere with good staff.Written 10 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This allows up to 6 people to have 1 hour bowling + a 12” pizza to share, for £30. This works out cheaper per person if there are several people going, as opposed to the standard bowling. We ‘checked in’ with no hassle and we’re assigned our lane with no issues. However, when we began bowling, we noticed that nearly every time one of us bowled, the ball started off straight but always skewed in the same direction towards the end. This didn’t seem to be the case for any other lanes; unless my whole group are terrible bowlers, we suspect that there was a defect in our lane. Another problem was that at one point, no more balls came up the ball return system. Although a worker came quickly and radioed for someone of fix the problem, we were left stood around for quite a while, eating into our 1 hour bowling time. At the end of the game, we were left with 10 mins of our 1 hour left, although you can have a 2nd game, we we’re told that if we started another game, it would automatically cut off after the 1 hour time, so we decided if wasn’t worth it. We were thinking of highlighting to the bowling alley about the suspected defect, but after all the technical difficulties we forgot, hence this review. As an additional point, the bowling alley is noisy and quite stuffy, so bare this in mind if you struggle with these things. A couple of my friends have been to Ten Pin Printworks, in Manchester City Centre, where they had a much more enjoyable, hitch-free experience. This site is also much cheaper, at only £3.25 for one game, per student (Parrs Wood did not seem to offer student rates). We will probably go to the Printworks site if we were to go again.Written 10 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
