- Yasmin M10 contributionsWe had an absolutely fantastic simulated flight experience with Ammara! She was so knowledgable, she made the experience fun, enjoyable and the time went by so quick! We didn’t feel rushed at all, we got to experience so many different airports, take off, landing, tail winds, night flight and day flight! It was a truly thrilling experience!

Even though we had a technical issue with one of the headsets, she gave us extra time that we had lost. - Katie BKent, UK242 contributionsWe came with kids that were ages 15,14 and 10 and they all really enjoyed it. There are lockers which take card which are really convenient, as I was playing with the kids and therefore had no one to sit with our stuff. The big slide is hilarious, you go really quick down it and I think the adults were having more fun than the kids. The laser tag is amazing, we had so many goes and it’s perfect for bonding time with your teens as it’s such a laugh. The interactive trampolines and football pitch were also a winner. We were a bit disappointed that you had to pay extra for the zip line given what you pay to get in, especially when it’s like a 3 second zip line. - qurat t2 contributionsWe had our son's 4th Birthday party here on the 3rd of November(Cloud Suite). Caitlin, Anton and Chantelle were our party hosts and were OUTSTANDING. They really went above and beyond. They were so helpful and friendly. We had Hairy as part of the party and he was amazing, even with kids jumping on him!
Would highly recommend a party here. There is a wide range of party food, it is very clean and the staff are excellent. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - EllsFolkestone, UK18 contributionsWe visited on a trip from Kent, it was a fun and lively venue and we paid to play 18hole mini golf, it was busy as we went on a saturday afternoon but we got served quickly at the bars and were given good quality drinks. the 'tap in' putters were a very good system meaning you can jump between golf holes and didn't have to wait in a queue at every single one. - Steve GWallington, UK1 contributionfor a group of 12, we had a great reception around 14:00, we received our suits and paid for gloves and balaclavas. The suits have seen better days and were very grubby. The safety video was watched, and we were informed that some times on the races were not working properly, but the staff were monitoring and poll positions and winner would be seen and recorded just in case. We moved round to the racecourse. We had a great service with the selection and fitting of our helmets. The guys on the grid were not loud enough, nobody could hear any instructions, when were let loose for the qualifying i was last and was held back, the team didn't realise i was in the same group, therefore i lost 1-2 laps.
When qualifying was over, all the timings and averages were released, all wrong !! we had between 11 and 14 laps between us, some had 3 min laps when the average was all other laps ranged from 36 - 50 seconds throughout the 12 of us.
The main race was the same, the lead member of our group was put into a second vehicle as his original wasn't working correctly, this meant his race times were not recorded. also the top 5 were all wrong.
Eventhough we all enjoyed ourselves and all felt safe, the whole point of qualifying and racing a GP are then results. Yes, we were told there were some timing issues but not to the extent that it would record the wrong times or not at all register. When we mentioned this to staff, the girl said shed talk to her manager to get the correct winners. We never saw anybody again.
Also, after one of us had a headcam included in the package, he was sent the wrong race video. this also took another phone call to get rectified.

Staff member Kian knew my son had missed seeing santa there because of school so he asked him to come out to see him especially. Lovely gesture & made him very happy. Fantastic experience, facilitated by great staff - our personal helper Lydia was super helpful and gave some really good recommendations for how to use our hour to get the best experience for us. Our instructor Liam, who as really good fun and would highly recommend s visit. The cocktails were fabulous, as were the bar staff. We always have a great time here giving all the challenges a go and we loved the Halloween edition and look forward to hopefully doing the Christmas edition soon! We are always warmly welcomed and well hosted. We have had Alyssa and Will who are both credits to the business. You can tell they love what they do and are really funny too. You get to choose pic and name for your kart then you go in and it’s all lit up/ different themes for different races and the coins and things you collect you ride over etc.
you get power ups that you can shoot to people and it comes up on your kart whose shot you etc.
