Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Paul MManchester, UK119 contributionsGreat half term fun for the family. The hosts are brilliantly energetic and friendly and create an atmosphere. The games and environment are really like the TV series.

Would definitely go again.Written 18 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- placy8189 contributionsFantastic experience with a few mates. Very well organised, great coach and fun as well.
Arrive a little bit early to help the meet up / bike size up quicker. This means you get more time on the track.
You get given track kits to keep, shoes are free to hire. I took my own helmet and a water bottle.
Everyone got Dolan track bike. In fantastic condition.
Start easy on track. Little scary to start but after a few laps you get to trust the process.
Ends with a timed lap, leaving you wanting to come back again. 10/10 for all cyclists that haven’t tried it. Worth the £50 spent.Written 26 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The only downside was we paid for a head cam but when we reviewed the footage when we got home it was just of steering wheel and feet. Have emailed but have had no response 😕Written 6 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TheFussyTeenagerManchester, UK1,464 contributionsMy friends and I had fun taking on Unsolved (team of 3) and Crimson Lake Motel (team of 5): both rooms were immersive and the right level of challenging for these group sizes. I’ve written about them in more detail on Escape the Review.Written 12 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - stephenrE1486TGManchester, UK1 contributionWe had such a great time here, seven different challenges that can be taken on by all ages and abilities. The staff were really helpful and made the whole event even more fun and engaging. Can't wait to go back - and they even change the challenges around a lot so it won't get repetative.Written 18 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kimberley FScarborough, UK5 contributionsThe kids loved it. I found the service incredibly slow, 45mins for a pizza. The place could do with a good clean. But like I said the kids loved it and would definitely go back.Written 4 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - michael d51 contributionsOverpriced, under sized.
I got a 40% off deal to come here so booked 2 hours for me and my son.
The first silly thing about the place is hardly any parking, I had to park on the street.
Next issue you have to pay £3 to use a locker. Very excessive. I can't understand why anyone should be charged to use a locker. Put a pound in, get it back when you open. Just like normal ones. Here you have to pay and don't get money back.
The first thing that hit me was it was a lot smaller than I anticipated, there isn't much area to go around. I booked 2 hours but felt like that was way too long as the place isn't that big and there isn't enough activities to do, so me and my son ended up pretty bored.
The place looks like it could do with a good clean too and I spotted many gaps and holes in the bouncy castles that could be quite dangerous.
All in all the place was OK. Bang average but it's definitely not with £45+ and £3 for a locker for just 1 adult and 1 child.
Id say around £7 pcph and £5 phph would be a fairer reflection.Written 1 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TJPManchester, UK10 contributionsExcellent Climbing Centre for everyone.
I visit the climbing centre 2 or 3 times a week with my son. We have been visiting for nearly 2 years.
The customer support and service is exceptional. They make you feel welcome during your visit and are on hand to support any queries.
The cafe is well worth a visit for food and drink.

Staff are super friendly and sing along to songs with you whilst ordering drinks, drinks are so tasty and we get student deals all day! A super safe bar with friendly staff, and they gave me a free drink when I accidentally smashed mine 🙈 my go to bar and mario kart/party is always a win, 10/10!Written 16 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
