It was early (5 PM )so the only people there were the owner and a friend; they were enjoying a glass of wine and a plate of charcuterie before the evening rush. My colleague ended up getting into a long and fascinating conversation about wine with the owner; he talked us into buying a bottle of natural sparkling wine instead, which turned out to be delicious and far less expensive. His good cheer and great advice made our evening! The location is beautiful, and the bar is very contemporary but with nods to the origins of the building. The staff were warm and welcoming; they know their champagnes and gave a wine list that will suit every taste and pocket. Helpful and attentive, they are more than happy to spend time with you to match a champagne to your taste. The real plus is that their win list features hundreds of small vineyard labels as opposed to just the ‘big hitters’. The food is wonderful and beautifully presented. - Michael BBellflower, CA24,112 contributionsJust like Hemingway and James Joyce we had an apartment in the Latin quarter just around the corner from the Teddy bar. Love this little dive bar, the young lady and her husband run it and are really friendly. They have a good selection of beers and mixed drinks. We always seemed to end up here late at night, even though they have a very comfortable booth, we loved to sit are the small bar and exchange pleasantries with the bartender.

Everything is fresh , super fresh juice of the day was also tasty.
Service good and the owner pretty opened to make sure our experience will be fine !
