Eurolines/toks Vilnius - Minsk, January 3, departure at 6:40. The driver swore at an elderly woman who simply asked politely if there was Wi-Fi. He said, "They'll lock you in a coffin, you'll be still demanding Wi-Fi from there." Then, at the Belarusian border, he rudely insulted Ukrainian citizens (including elderly women), because they were taking long to get through the Belarusian border(none of their fault, just a usual procedure now that everyone is used to). He shouted obscenities at them, saying, "stay in Ukraine," etc. This should be unacceptable in a European company. In addition, he used his phone more than once - talking and checking messages - while driving.
