  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As a child I've heard a lot about Korean War and its consequences . Now I had the opportunity to visit the DMZ,improperly called so,as there are one million soldiers, heavily armed, ready to kill each other.
    An amazing experience!!
I felt sorry for the tragedy of the great people of Korea.
A special remark for our guide, Eddy.
He is an ex military, with perfect manners, both european and korean,a perfect command in English and a wide and extensive knowledge of history of the place. If you have the opportunity to have him as a guide, you will have a great experience.

Sophia's English and driving skills are superior and enjoyable. We had a fantastic tower tour, cable car, Korean Historical Village, and the best authentic Korean Steak/cooking table experience. Her timing was excellent and we did not feel we had any line-ups or delays. In fact we have booked this tour company in 2 days to tour the DMZ.

These guys know how to hire excellence!

We had a great experience, thanks to our guide Emily. Super organized, she enhanced our trip in so many ways. We learned more, saw more and understood much more than if we had gone with the group tour. Highly recommend.

The best part of the tour was the tunnels. It gave a great example of what the troops experienced. Our guide was Antonio and he was very patient and knowledgeable of the country as well as the history of the DMZ zone. I would definitely recommend this tour and tour guide!

This was a half-day walking tour. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up on the trains my wife and I arrived half-an-hour late and missed the changing of the guards ceremony. However, our guide Brian was good enough to hang around until we arrived. Just a note to other potential customers who might be staying on the opposite side of the river (South)- don't underestimate the travel time by train/subway especially if you have to change trains. The tour covered the huge complex of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Our young guide was very knowledgeable explaining the history and spoke perfect English. We then walked past the Blue House which is in a very picturesque setting and proceeded to Tongin market where there is a variety of street food. Brian was very helpful making sure we had the right directions to get back to our hotel in Gangnam. Overall the tour was good value and would recommend. One of the advantages is that you wont be in a vehicle stuck in traffic.
