Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you love shopping, this is your holy land. Five floors of shopping paradise, plus Michelin starred restaurants in Asian fusion and Italian flavors, anx6a basement level with two grocery stores plus food shops.

These little street fairs are everywhere in the city. It is possible to see locals shopping and eat local food, very well made! Price is fair for the amount of food.

Very nice department store close to old town. There is a market in the basement where you can buy groceries (raw meat/fish, vegetables and fruits), cooked meats and food souvenirs. The top floor is a nice self serve restaurant with a good view and good variety of selections (meat and potato, pasta, salads. cake and coffee, ice cream etc). The weather was a little warm the day I visited (80F), and part of the indoor (air conditioning not strong enough) and outdoor seatings (string sun) were hotter than I would like, but the view was nice. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area.

Hessen - Center has convenient shopping all in one place. New eateries are there now, with different choices of foods. Traditional sausages and meat plus new-age style sauces and ingredients. Asian food and Italian are also available.

Kaiserpassage is a street that runs directly from Main Train Station ( Frankfurt Am Main Haupbahnhof ) straight down to the magnificent Eurotower.
It's a street lined with fast food joints, shops of all type and some interesting architecture.
At the moment there is some construction going on here and certain parts of this street look a little seedy especially towards the train station but on this street there are some great restaurants and bars to visit such as Time Out Bar,Kakadu's Australian Bar,La Mex Lounge to name but some, there's also some hostels here but they looked decidedly shady.
It's a busy street and area in general both day and night and is most definitely well worth checking out if your in the area.

NordWest Zentrum is nothing for luxury lovers, but when you need a lot of basic and moderately upscale shops at one place: this is the place to go. By the way: One BestWorscht In Town location is inside here.

Unfortunately, this place has fallen apart. There are basically no shops left, just a couple of places like a hairdresser's and a tailor shop. The big store chains are killing small retailers.
