This is a beautiful Palace and Gardens. It has been carefully restored and maintained to keep Moorish Tradition alongside Christian Tradition. If you have a timed ticket for the upper floors, do not be late, arrive 15 mins before. This tour is tightly regulated and a bit rushed unfortunately. There is no audio guide for the rest of the huge palace an gardens, which would improve the experience. But maybe book a guided tour. It is impressive nonetheless

we loved this neighborhood and we stumbled upon it on our way to the cathedral. Lots of shops, apartments and restaurants. We visited it several times and just used google maps to find our way around the random streets. Loved this!

This is part of the cathedral tour and is the first part. Its a bit of a hike up the ramps to the top but well worth the visit.

Not everyone may realize but as dusk falls you can find two really exciting species in the park. Greater Noctule is the largest bat in Europe and confined to Southenr Spain. Scops Owl is more widespread but it only turns up in the UK as a vagrant

Seville is an elegant city and the old town is wonderful for walking if you don't mind narrow streets and cars suddenly rushing right past you. The architecture is a feast for the senses, and so many shops and bars have a great sense of style.

Triana used to be the poor side of town but has been smartened up with boutique hotels, funky bars and good eateries. There are some lovely buildings and it is a good place to shop for ceramics. There are also great views back across the river.

This attraction was a few minutes walk from our hotel. Upon a friend’s recommendation, we went to visit. Although we paid an entry ticket, we did not use an audio guide.
The grounds are stunning, as beautiful as they are peaceful. We also toured some of rooms of the palace. There was a very nice gift shop on the premises.

Historically and culturally this is a must see when in Seville. The wealth of the church is definitely on display through the gold and silver, demonstrating incredible artistry. Unfortunately, I suspect much of the gold and silver came from the Mayan and Aztec peoples being conquered resulting in their artistry being destroyed.
However, what is here is really something to behold and absorb.

Firstly, this is a beautful building ( an ex covent apparently) - the courtyards are lovely.
The artwork is mostly 'religious' from the medival period 476 - 1453. This makes up 95% 0f the exhibition. So, you have Jesus on the cross, Mary , the disiciples, lots of angelic cherubs fluttering around, and lots of prominent members of the churh etc.
Not really my type of art if I'm honest , but of course, it may be one of yours.
Worth Going? Yes, it's reasonably close to town and an hour well spent to see this important Spanish art work.

Without doubt one if the best stadium tours I’ve been on , Sevilla FC have a great history and I enjoyed reading about that on the tour , a lot of great exhibits to see and enjoy. Access to dressing rooms, press room , director’s box and pitch side was wonderful. The pitch , close up , was in unbelievable condition.

Impressive building, stunning view, nice night show. But it is visible, that the structure would welcome some cleaning, repairs as some of the segments were not functional. Definitely go to see the short movie first
