Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

    Amazing time.
Second time and brought new friends with us this time. 5 star all the way.
Can't fault anything. Crew was amazing, boat is spotlessly clean and the food and drinks offered was perfect.
We are back again in September and will be joining you again.
Have an amazing year oh and hugs to Sheba 👍

A fun boat trip with experienced and friendly staff. Free soft drinks available on board. Depending on the day booked it may be a 2 hour or 3 hour trip. Only the 3 hour trip includes some time swimming in the ocean. We booked the 2 hour trip on which we didn't see anything but almost spotted a whale close to the boat. Only had a very quick moment when it surfaced to spout water and then left. Even with this however, the crew offered everyone aboard a voucher to book a second trip for free due to not spotting anything. The second free trip we came on was a 3 hour trip (no extra fee but had to pay for the included hotel pickup and return bus). This 3 hour trip did not seem as rushed and we spotted dolphins and flying fish.
It was a nice relaxing experience to have the boat trip and opportunity to spot whales, dolphins, flying fish or turtles in the area.

I've been on 'underwater' trips before but they were just boats with windows below the waterline. This is an actual diving submarine, so a bit different.

Or not. You don't really get any impression of depth, so it wasn't much different from the boats with windows ... some fish, some underwater objects - meh. I think the boat should have some prominent displays showing the actual depth, which would make one more aware of where you really were. (Concorde had a mach speed display.)
And the (recorded) commentary was a bit naff with dramatic voices talking techo-babble and ominous background music.
And talking of the commentary, you get earphones included but there is nowhere to return them. Reuse of in-ear devices is problematic I know, but I'd have expected at least a bin for recycling them for the metals, etc. As it was I was reduced to chucking them in the rubbish. Wasteful.

But I'm still giving it 4* because at £30 (adult) you won't find many other actual submarines to take a trip in. You're on holiday ... enjoy.

Got off to a shaky start before we got onto the boat with the gangway falling off !! Otherwise the crew were helpful and friendly, unfortunately we didn’t see any dolphins/whales , but were given a ticket for another trip FOC. As we had other things planned we couldn’t do it, but would have loved to. All in all an enjoyable experience we would recommend.

My friend and I booked a trip to the south of Fuerteventura. Our tour guide, Oscar, picked us up from our hotel with a smile. There were 8 people on the tour. Oscar’s knowledge about Fuerteventura was extensive and he shared this with us over the course of the day. We visited Costa Calma Beach. Had lunch in Ajuy. Opportunity to visit the caves. Up then to view and get pics with the two Kings and finally a stop at a fabulous goats cheese factory where we could try the wares and buy if we wished. Oscar then brought us safely back to the door of our hotel. We would highly recommend this excursion. Thank you for bringing the South of Fuerteventura to life for us Oscar - a wonderful day.

Booking was really easy and had confirmation straight away. We were picked up from our hotel at 8.20am and then were taken to rendezvous with the other jeeps! The convoy was brilliant and there was lots of stops up the mountains - as a person who is scared of heights, I felt safe throughout our journey (definitely the experience and expertise of the driver though that had me at ease). We stopped at some beautiful points in the mountains, had very interesting information given to us and lots of photos opportunities. The off road section of the tour was brilliant. I recommend not to wear white though as it gets really dusty and I came back with a brown top lol! Lunch was okay (a buffet), but we weren't blown away by it. Not the tour providers fault!

The only thing that let it down (and I mean slightly) is the trip to Aloe Vera farm - the talk was really interesting but we'd have preferred to have seen more of the sights to be honest. There was the option to go on the camels but myself and my boyfriend didn't do this. If anything (and I'm being picky here), it would have been nice to have had an explanation of where we were as we were on the journey and where we were headed to next, but on the other hand, it was nice to basque in the silence and take in our surroundings.

We were then dropped back to our hotel at around 3.15pm and were truly knackered after a fabulous day. Not sure why the reviews aren't great, but don't believe them! The staff are all lovely and extremely experienced.

    Thank you!!

The couple running the yacht are experts in sailing and they instil confidence in everyone on board. They are also very entertaining. Nice snorkelling spot in the middle of the trip.

This was a fabulous tour. The things we saw, the experiences & memories were just fantastic. We were picked up at our hotel by Victor & Raul, both knew the island very well. We went to the banana plantation and it was awesome, really loved the plantation and the sampling was nice. Even bought a tiny banana plant to plant back in the UK lol. From there we had a lovely walk around Galdar town, Victor explained the history aspect of it all, it was very interesting. Then nice lunch and the view from the restaurant was spectacular. Then came the snorkelling session on the natural ocean pool and the finale was the sunset, it was just WoW. We went down the rocks and saw an amazing sunset. Fabulous day well worth it, thankyou Victor & Raul you guys were great.

My wife and I went on the two hour experience whilst on holiday in GC. I am a novice rider and my wife has a little more experience. From the outset we received a thorough briefing and were placed in groups relating to our ability. The horses were matched perfectly to our abilities. The hack was a fantastic experience and our confidence built as we went along. I would thoroughly recommend this experience for all levels of ability. Excellent value for money, with some wonderful memories made.

We didn’t actually ride the camels but our daughters, grown up granddaughter and her friend did and the enjoyed it. The ride lasts about half an hour and the camels seem quite contented. It’s fun watching the riders when the camels get up & down “hold on tight”, the woman that runs the place is very nice and friendly, you can only go on if you are under 110kg and the owners seem to care about the animals properly.

Pleasant morning on the sea. We saw flying fish which were interesting to see, unfortunately no dolphins. Obviously no fault of the crew, as they say, it’s a big pool! It’s a really nice boat, crew were friendly. We pulled into a bay with other boats and had lunch. It was really unstable here so we all opted to get out of the bay quick as at least one of us was sea sick with all the rocking motion. If I was to go again I’d maybe take a less expensive option on a bigger boat as this might have been more stable when anchored up? It was a good trip though at the end of our holiday.

We had a fantastic time. Perfect hosts and different places to visit away from all the usual tourist spots which we really enjoyed. Given lots of information but not overloaded - got the balance just right. Our 10 year old son gave it top marks and loved it. Wouldn't hesitate on booking again with them for any future trips.

Really good kayaking trip, enjoyed the heck out of it, our guide Pablo was very funny and interesting. Didn't expect half of what happened during the experience, but enjoyed it even more because of it. He also took great photos
